This is a tortuous and bureaucratic absurdity. A ridiculous number of stages, each requiring a code sent to your mobile. Errors often occur and the second rate software sends you back to the start. The government should be streamlining procedures not deliberately making things difficult. I still haven't been able to change my address on my any government dept.
What a useless site, set up account with all the right info, then it informs me cannot identify you then it blocks you from service, I have not moved house, I have not changed address, I have not changed name, I am on voting register, I have had same bank account for 45 years, WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE PEOPLE WHO DESIGNED THIS SITE, I would sack them all and employ a 2 year old to run it. Oh and do NOT try phoning them they do not answer.
I began using Login.gov so that I can use the Social Security website. During the setup, everything was going well until I got to the part where Login.gov wanted a picture of my face and photo ID. I took and submitted the pictures via my Android phone. But later on, Login.gov said that it couldn't read my photo ID, and that I needed to take another picture of the ID and submit it. When I went to do this, Login.gov would not let me log in. It said that I needed to provide a passkey. Say what? I did not remember even creating a passkey in my Android phone. I tried to use some numbers (screen saver, pin number), but nothing worked. So I guess I'm locked out.
Login.gov oh my God this is just one example of Trump's agenda to fire people who have no intellect no intelligence and no common sense oh my God. I gave this website a video for facial recognition, my social security number, my address, my email, and still, because my phone numbers changed they keep telling me to put in another phone number that I'm recognized with cuz they don't can't connect me to my phone number the phone number I've had from AT&T now for the last 7 months. You can't give him an old phone number because if you do that then they'll send a code to an old phone number you can't get the code on. This is what Trump's talking about morons idiots no common sense it's embarrassing to our country just fire everyone who got a job in the past 5 years because they all came off of social media where their intellectually retarded. This place cannot let me into my own account on social security and social security offers no help they keep sending you back to the same people to get into your account which you own on social security and these people can't help you no matter how much information you give them there's always another wall another wall another wall that you hit because they're not set up to handle common sense. I've written them three times no one answers that's woke that's the democratic system in Pennsylvania. And I don't get it we can't move forward as a nation with the Democrats laying in the road with their arms stretched out doing absolutely nothing but smoking marijuana and staring up at the sun laughing I mean it just seems that it is that bad in this country why would they legalize a drug that paralyzes the mind when we're already caught after covid and an epidemic of stupid!? This is absolutely a terrible place to help you log in cuz it doesn't. There's no way to change your phone number they own every piece of identification I have now they could wind up giving that to illegals crossing the border they could wind up giving it to telemarketer companies they absolutely should not be allowed to collect all this information social security without having to hire outside companies that we then have to jump through hurdles and walls and bricks and just to try to get into an account to get a benefits letter. Does anybody realize how frustrating it is when they put companies and people ahead of you that you have to go through to get done what you need to get done when the car complete idiots and morons and they don't know what they're doing stop hiring community college we have run out of people that can be taught people that can become educated or intelligent.
