From start to finish Love holiday made it very clear they are about money and zero customer service or listening to the customer.
Having a quote for an elevate king they hive you a queen room.
You contact love holidays to be told same day " extra money yes youre quote was for elevated king but the quote we gave you was a queen, so youre fault not reading" you sent them the quote no help charges stand to book what was on quote.
Then flight change out our control. LOVEHOLIDAYS wanted 1738.00 to cancel holiday then charge us 1598.00 extra for new holiday 1 day later.
Totally scamming us. We arrive at hotel to find loveholidays never upfraded room as per my booking (showed hotel the booking stating elevat king) yet they charged me extra for the room .
Theft in my book .
The company does nothing to help customers but to line own pockets. Very bad experience we live and learn.

However, am due to go to the Middle East in two weeks and tried to contact LH to cancel due to the recent conflict and guidance to avoid travelling and for essential travel only. To essentially be told you have to go unless guidance changes…. So the guidance is to avoid traveling and you want me to go, so when guidance is you can go you won’t want me to?

AVOID- Love Holidays have changed- so unhelpful- dont care. booked Hotel Zing Resort and Spa pattaya with them., 19 nights-.04/03/26 Flight cancelled/delayed because of Iran issues. Love holidays refused to help in anyway- refused to offer any solutions. refused even to email or ask hotel, for any goodwill gesture, credit note etc.Said I would be classed as a NO SHOW-ILLEGAL , let room go to someone else3 again ILLEGAL. as i pre warned/informed them- double selling room also ILLEGAL. nothing.Hours and hours of my time, for nothing they will or can do as they bought from EXPEDIA ask them,not there problem. REFUSED to email/call EXPEDIA to help..i chatted to Expedia, said cant help as no booking number to open account. wont help. eont email anyone. , so Expedia cannot access booking, wont help either, not there problem. Expedia state ONLY LOVE HOLIDAYS CAN HELP, as booked with them. OR ask hotel ZING RESORT AND SPA JOMTIEN PATTAYA, I asked Hotel several times, said cant help, ask Expedia . ..I did They said ask original booking agent LOVE HOLIDAYS , etc back and forth Human YO-YO. all day.NO GESTURE OF GOODWILL, no credit note, not even keep PAID FOR room open as delayed.have to pay again for same room.. yes thats helpful. Refused to ask Hotel for any gesture. spoke direct to Hotel said they cannot do anything. will not hold my room. NO SHOW. UP TO BOOKING AGENT. (WHO?) even though given ALL of them notice/info DONT CARE- sign of the times. P.S QATAR AIRLINES offered FULL REFUND OR FREE BOOKING -(cannot book to go soon as no hotel date). totally without any hassle- very helpful. They CARE. KARMA. - BAD REVIEWS has got a response- but just asking for proof of booking. AGAIN.

Transfer driver was too old to drive, speeding and swerving with no reaction to near misses, terrifying experience, we paid £80 for a near death experience so decided to pay for our own return trip ourselves, hotel was terrible, originally booked another but soon as we paid the balance they cancelled our hotel and put us somewhere else, we cut our holiday short booked another flight again at our own expense and came home early, holiday just ruined

After they changed our flights to cheaper indirect, and a day earlier, we were left without accommodation on the first night in New York on 22nd Feb in the worst snow blizzard in a decade. Love holidays simply would not help us in advance or at the time. Once they have your money, they will not support you.

So when we selected the holiday the price was around €2100... but then when we went into selecting the room etc it went up to almost €2600. No reason for this, we selected the cheapest room and board basis. Bags said they were included too. Very disappointed


Hi Amy, I cant respond to the below. My email if you wohld like to discuss this further. It is none of the below. As I booked this last week and when I go on today its still showing the lower price. The nirmal board, its literally when we select that holiday, thats when the price changes. False advertising.i emailed the price and all and its showing as the cheaper rate. A difference of €400.

Unfortunately we had a alot of building works around our hotle that wasnt advertised on the booking.

Unfortunately we had a alot of building works around our hotle that wasnt advertised on the booking. We couldn't use the pool as there was Diggers and dunp trucks driving around and hammering and grinding from 6am. Transfer we where told would be 30 min and ended up taking 2 hours.

This Hotel was very disappointing. It was dirty, dated and all sorts off building work going on inside and outside from early morning. No consideration for residents. Noisy maids arguing and using walkie talkies which were also very loud.
Would not recommend this hotel.
