Great stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was decent. Loved the location. The staff were super friendly and kind. They even surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine and a card for my husband's birthday! I didn't arrange this! They must have noticed his date of birth on the booking! It just showed such attention to detail.

Awful Disgusting dreadful is just not acceptable from a company Loveholidays. I'm 83 years of age and still have my marbles but I'm totally a gasp of the dreadful way this company has treated my NHS colleague. cancelling her holiday 5 days before departure and stealing around £1000. faceless companies with no morals just profit need to be accountable. Booked our short trip to Madrid through Love Holidays and everything was perfect. The flights were with RyanAir which all run on time with very easy Boarding from Bristol. The hotel in Madrid (Spark) was perfect for our needs. Overall a very successful trip.
