First time using loveholidays
I had a wonderful trip to Portugal and thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and everything was well organised. The room was clean, comfortable, and maintained to a high standard throughout our stay. The beach was absolutely amazing and exceeded expectations.
Overall, it was a fantastic holiday and I would definitely use loveholidays again. I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

On the face of it, booked a good value 5* holiday. Name's correct on Love Holiday site, incorrect on Tui site. Love Holidays unable to help. Contacted Tui who were eventually very helpful. Quite a stressful start to the holiday.

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff very friendly, nothing too much trouble.
Rooms were lovely, pools lovely.
About 15 minute walk into the square.
Food was lovely, always plenty of options (you just need to try them), always refilled and tables cleared quickly.
We were really impressed with everything. A really great winter break

Do not worry after booking, you will get all relevant information in due time. It took us a few days to get the details of our holiday. When we did we had a nice surprise that our flights were with Virgin Atlantic. Please be aware of the accommodation you are picking, put the name of the hotel in to YouTube and check the video reviews. We were initially due to stay in a hell hole but it was closed down and Love Holiday found us an amazing alternative accommodation. Make sure you do not scrimp on your accommodation so you are not let down. Any issues contact Love Holiday to find a resolution. We had great flights, great accommodation, transfers where so so..Good coming back, not great going there. Overall the money was well spent.

The staff and the facilities, the staff were so welcoming, polite and were there if needed 24/7. Love holidays recommends the best hotels and best service if anything goes wrong or we need service, we would get an answer within a few minutes. Overall would recommend to anybody and will definitely be booking again!

I like to make a complaint and no refund sent by loveholidays awful company to deal with ,sent as not happy.I’ve used love holiday a few times you can see from my account.
when we arrived the transfer never arrived resulting in us panicking waiting and looking for the transfer for over an hour to which we had to end up paying for a taxi but the transfers were paid for and we didn’t use it from airport to hotel as he wasn’t there,we asked an Albania man for help he phoned the transfers number provided and he said there’s no ref under your name ,that’s a lie as I’ve paid in advance.
when I looked online at my account on love holidays, it said transfer was completed which it was clearly not, no phone call no nothing.
Hotel staff unwilling to help and don’t understand normal English that’s silly for a hotel.
we spent a lot of time in the room as weather was bad, I know it’s not love holidays fault for the weather but we have reported 3 times in one day to reception that our tv is not working and they kept saying someone will come up that never did so not happy.
When we also arrived there was people smoking marijuana which is illegal.
The hotel hasn’t got the facilities it’s says as it’s in the sister hotel.
You have to go out side in the rain to eat drink and swim.
shower in bathroom leaks and makes the bathroom floor ridiculously wet, I have scoliosis of the spine, so my mobility is not like typical person, breakfast that was included was awful the selection was terrible,
Cables running on floor a massive trip hazard, the door entering the hotel has a step leading into reception my partner and I both tripped may of times as there is slope with a step on and it’s Is covered in black carpet there is no signs saying watch step or trip hazard.
The spa it states the facilities ,no outside pool, jacuzzi no were to be seen lounges in the water with no power on that’s ment to massage you, steam room was out of order,we paid to use the facilities and for them not to be there or they weren’t working. 10 euro per person per day.
in the spa no access for disabled people as there’s no steps into pool or slip mats, the slippers they provide make it even more dangerous than bare foot, tiles coming away inside the swimming pool my self slipped resulting in injury and (I’ve seen other people slip over) myself with scoliosis of the spine I’m extremely not happy about this,.
I’m going to report this to ATOL as other people need to be aware this is not 4 star more like 2 star. i’ve had an email back. The hotel is saying that we didn’t report the instance when we reserve report on it section on a daily basis and I’ve told them to check CCTV my partner had a underwear stolen from the room and the manager said that she lost them down the sink. Lol
