Just back from a city break in Amsterdam. Stayed in the NH Leidsplein hotel. Excellent hotel, friendly staff and wonderful location. Booking with love holidays made planning this holiday easy and simple.

​We stayed at The Pergola Hotel & Spa in Mellieha, Malta, and were disappointed to rate our stay a 6/10. For the duration of our trip (4nights), we dealt with a recurring foul smell in our room that was never addressed, despite our repeated reports. Disappointingly, the hotel only offered us a room change on our very last night. By that point, we were so frustrated by the lack of care and the delay in a resolution that we felt the offer was simply 'too little, too late.' As frequent 4-star travelers across Ireland and Europe, we expected much better maintenance and proactive service.

I had two holidays with loveholidays and both times it excited my expectations. Really easy to navigate the site, easy process of booking and amending it to your needs. I went with all inclusive the second time and I mean not just in the hotel but with journey too: parking with transfer to airport, transfer to/fro hotel. It really helped to have it all arranged in one place. Very simple and regular communication, not overwhelming at all but making you feel that you are looked after. App allowed easy adjustments to be made on a go if any were needed. Will definitely be booking with loveholidays again.

We booked our entire holiday package through Love Holidays — including flights, hotel, and meals — and the whole experience was very smooth and easy.
The website is user-friendly, and we really appreciated the flexible payment options. It was convenient to choose whether to pay in full or in instalments. Everything was clearly explained, and the booking process was simple and stress-free.
We also liked that we received reminder notifications one and two days before departure. It gave us peace of mind and helped us feel fully prepared for the trip.
Overall, we had a great experience booking through Love Holidays and will definitely use their website again in the future.

We booked our Tunisia holiday through Loveholidays and the booking process, flights, and transfers were all smooth and well organised. The hotel, Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay in Port El Kantaoui, was clean, in a great beachfront location, and the staff were very friendly and hardworking.

However, the facilities and dining did not live up to 5-star expectations. Food was only available at set meal times with no snack bars, beach bars, or flexible options during the day, and cuisine choice was limited to buffet plus Italian and Tunisian restaurants. There was also no aqua park, no live BBQ, and spa facilities like sauna and steam required extra payment, which is usually included in similar resorts.

Overall, while the hotel had positives, the amenities felt more in line with a 3-star experience. Loveholidays themselves were reliable and I would book with them again.

We have booked a holiday with the company to our required hotel with morning flights we then recieve an email saying our flights have been changed by more than 8 hours so we would now get to our hotel at 3am instead of 1pm thus also losing a day of holiday. When calling love holidays we were promised a call back this still hasent happened we were sent an email saying take the new flight or find ya own flights or cancel the holiday with no refund. This is disgusting what sort of con is this I pay my money to love holidays not to the airline my contract is with love holidays and they are in breach of contract and they are not interested I feel disgusted at the treatment rcieved
