Lucky brand online purchase: Ordered a pair of men's size 32/32 knowing the size was correct. They shipped a miss tagged pair of 40/34 jeans. How do I know? Because I have a tape measure. Called customer service to exchange and they said I had to pay for the return. The person on the phone asked how I know the size was wrong... and that maybe that style runs large. OK. Runs large 32 that measures 40?? So I took the jeans back to a store to exchange and the store is not allowed to honor the 15% discount I got from ordering online. So I had to pay 15% more to get what I already paid for. Had I known that would have just returned and disputed the $8.00 return charge. People at the store are nice. ONLINE CUSTOMER SERIVE IS NOT. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU. I say this is UN-LUCKY online.
One item of order finally arrived - sizing totally wrong and material certainly not cotton blend as advertised. Asked for them to cancel rest of the order and they said they will send anyway. Asked for refund as item not as described and they suggested I pay a tailor to adjust size! Avoid this company, they are scammers!
My brother in laws bday was last wk. Was told to order a gc online with lucky. Simple right?! No! Took me over 4 hrs to try to buy an e gift card (which I should've known then) and of course over and over you put your card info in ... it promises it's not charging you but also can't be completed. Welll... it CHARGED ME AND I DID NOT GET HIS GC AND I HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED! My sister also did the same thing and has been charged twice for no gc! Screw you Lucky brand!
I wish I read these reviews before I ordered as I've been scammed like a lot of people. Ordered a Galaxy type watch on 25th December and still no product but took money immediately. Contacted them numerous times with no reply. Surely theres a way of getting a refund?!!
Ordered 2 robots from the LUCKYDEALSS site for my granddaughter's birthday. Ive been emailing, calling and messaging them through chat since the 12th January - I have had no response from them. I am a pensioner and they have taken nearly £100 from my account but have not delivered any goods. This is criminal. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
Very very bad company. I ordered late 2020 and monies were deducted from my account. The goods never arrived!! I have tried and tried to contact the company but they're unavailable on chat and the telephone... still waiting for a reply from my email...so we will see..
Do not buy anything from here.They send out items that you did not purchased.
