Review Time
The majority of the time that I attempt to order from Lucky Brand site, either my item disappears from the cart when I check out, or I click on an item and it won't go to my cart. I've addressed this with customer service in the past and have gotten nowhere. I've been a loyal store/retail customer for their brand for years, but I am done, especially given their dismissal of customer concerns. So much for customer loyalty and company pride. Thanks for stepping up Lucky Brand.
Placed an online order which arrived incorrectly and did NOT reflect pictures. Decided to keep it anyways and the leather dye began fading. Returned item due to quality and they claim to need at least 2 weeks to issue refund once received. Their quality and service used to be excellent. Now, it is atrocious!!!!
I have worn a pair of rain booties approximately 10 times and they have multiple places where the shoes is coming away from the sole. My interactions with customer service were terrible. No one in the store or over the phone would help to make this right. I will never shop at this store again. Their product was not worth the price.
The customer service at the Burlington mall is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The woman who is the manager has no idea what she’s doing. They ordered me a complete wrong size on the website in the store that arrived. It’s unfortunate because I actually really like the jeans there but I won’t go back in there again if she’s working there. They really need to train these people better
Placed an order with Lucky brand on 9/1/21. On the 9th, no shipping email came so I contacted them via chat. Chat says the order number did not exist, despite the email confirmation containing the number and all items ordered (with pricing). I was told that they would price match, but they would not resubmit order via chat and provided me with a phone number. Over the phone, they refused to price match the order and offered me 10% off. They offer 15% on the website! I insisted to speak to someone higher, and the “manager” would only offer 20% off and absolutely nothing else (including an apology). There were 4 items that are now out of stock. Pitiful poor business practices have lost them many customers!
Dreadful company. I would echo what has been said elsewhere here. I ordered a jacket, which arrived weeks after they had taken my money. It was the wrong size so I contacted them to arrange a return and an exchange. Their replies were sporadic and very poorly written. Their assertion was that because I had ordered the wrong size, the fault lay with me. While they were prepared to accept a return – without telling me where they were, other than in China – they told me I would have to pay for the shipping, that it would cost more than the original order, and that it probably wouldn't arrive anyway so they would not be able to refund me. Meanwhile, they were offering me discount codes on my next order ('EDM25' for 25%, and 'EDM20' for 20%, if anyone is interested), and advising me I could pass the jacket on to family or friends! Do not deal with this appalling, fly-by-night operation.
Wish I could give 0.Ordered 2 pairs of dungarees. After several months I tried to cancel my order and was told it was in production so I couldn't. One set eventually arrived and it looked like a child's dressing up costume. The material was shiny and thin, despite claiming on the website to be 100% cotton. The stitching looked like someone's first attempt at making a Halloween costume. I complained to both them and PayPal and despite the terrible quality and the fact that only 1 of my 2 items ever arrived, I had no option to return it or get a refund. Complete scam. Avoid avoid avoid!
I bought the attached purse for my girlfriend this last Christmas (2020). It has already started chipping and the strap doesn’t stay attached to the purse on one side. It constantly falls off of her shoulder while in use. Her things have scattered over the floor a few times while out. I have attached pictures and the receipt. I researched quite a bit before I bought a purse to see what leather purse was the best bang for your buck and that will hold up. Unfortunately, so far we have been quite disappointed. What good is a purse that will not stay on her shoulder??? We were told that since we didn’t bring it up within 6 months of purchase that there was nothing they could do about it. We should consider taking it up with the retailer we purchased it from, who didn’t make the purse. We were offered a 25% off coupon to the online store. Seemed very generic I will never buy another Lucky Brand product. It was poor quality and even poorer customer service backing of there product.
Absolutely disgusting company to try and deal with. Very poor quality products. Sizes are completely inaccurate. No options to return. Won't reply to emails. Wish I'd of checked before ordering and paying. If there was an option to score less than 1 star that's what I'd score. Totally fed up with this company. Should not be allowed to trade!
