Ordered an extra small lucky brand women’s sweater from Macy’s. Final act, so Macy’s is unable to return it. After one hand wash, the sweater pilled like you would not believe believe. Contacted Lucky brand and the service was absolutely horrible. Their answer is to dispute the charge on my credit card instead of standing behind their product! My complaint was escalated to the parent company who owns several other clothing companies. Completely useless! Incidentally, my husband had a pair of Levi’s that were two years old and ripped and Levi’s promptly replaced the jeans! So done, buying Lucky brand clothing.
Only go to lucky brand in person, don't order anything online from them. I ordered 1 bracelet and 2 Necklaces online from them. My bracelet was randomly canceled with out warning, saying it was out of stock yet to this day it is still online showing it is for sale. It has been over a month later... also, only 1 necklace was delivered. It took 4 weeks to get here, and now they have no tracking number on the 2nd necklace. Customer services just keeps repeating the same thing about the bracelet being out of stock even when I'm asking about the necklace that is missing... This is beyond frustrating and I won't be shopping online with them again.
I purchased an item for Christmas. It was $32.10 with the shipping. I had to return because the person already had the same item. I was told the return shipping would be waived. I received a credit for $13.45. They made $18.65 for an item I don’t have. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again!!!
I live in a rural area, which requires two lines for my address; my street address and route contract+box number. When I set up my account everything appeared fine with my mailing address until I received the email confirmation and there was only my route contract+box number, no physical address, which means I can only receive USPS. I called immediately and was told that addresses are limited to one line only and they can't change a customer address, nor can an online order be cancelled. I asked how the order would ship but they couldn't tell me. Lucky proceeded to ship my order Fedex so, of course, it was undeliverable. The order went back to Lucky and it took 2 weeks and a phone call to get my refund. When I called to ask about my refund, I asked again about changing my address. I was told again that customer service can't change an address, to log in online and change it myself. Except, there is currently no way to change any personal information, not my physical address, my mailing address, my email, nothing. I don't understand why I was allowed to use both address lines provided when I entered my mailing address only to be told that I can only use one line. HOW WOULD ANYONE KNOW THAT? And why was the SECOND line used and not the first which contained a physical address? This is the weirdest and dumbest point of sale operation I have ever seen in my life. I can't change anything in my account by phone or online so I won't be able to re-order or place an online order in the future.Unless you love dealing with customer service, skip ordering online from Lucky Brand Jeans. They are just not set up to properly handle online orders at this time.Edited to add; FYI Lucky took shipping costs out of my refund for the order I never received, the order that was mismanaged from the jump due to their incompetence. I'm reporting them to my state's Attorney General's Office.
The jeans are fine. But when ordering off their website, they don’t ask for a delivery address when paying with ApplePay - they default to the billing address and don’t tell you until this fact until the next step, which is a confirmation or your order (e.g. you don’t know where they are shipping your order and THEY DON’T TELL YOU UNTIL PAYMENT CONFIRMATION. Their help desk refuses to make delivery address changes so you can’t direct your order to anyplace but the billing address. Then when you escalate the call to a supervisor, he/she lies to you and says the address is changed, but nothing gets changed
My son place an order on line for Christmas from his grandmother. He ordered two pair of jeansHis grandmother got the order yesterday and in the package was not his jeansIt was a women sweater instead. In the package slip it clearly says two jeans that he ordered Called customer service last night they told him since it was the warehouse mistake to go to the nearest store and do a wrong item extraMy son drove a hr from home to Clinton in CT and know they are giving him an extremely hard. They want him to pay those jeans againAll u guys want from your customer is moneyYour jeans are expensive as it is and know u can’t guarantee your warehouse mixtapeVery very poor customer service especially during the holidays So know my son has to wait after Christmas to reorder his jeans cause it takes 5 to 7 business day to credit the card backI will no longer be shopping at this store
Once you put an order through, lucky brand is only a middle man. They cant answer basic questions about their clothing. The only information they have is what you see on the website which is not helpful. They cant alter or cancel your order(even if you JUST placed it). They have ZERO customer service ability. TERRIBLE customer experience.
Placed order over 400.00 and 5 items missing worth approximately 160.00. Have spent last 2 Saturday mornings trying to get addressed. Was told delivery attempted and once received in warehouse they would refund the money. Now they want a police report. Filing dispute with credit card company and will never order from Lucky Brand again.
