Awful Experience. Took them 10 days to ship my pair of jeans due to “Warehouse issues” told them I need the jeans by a certain date, they confirmed it would happen but of course it’s not. I called customer service they provided an overnight shipping code for a second pair… the code didn’t work, called customer service back and they said they couldn’t help me because of a long system update. Trash. No reason to ever support this company
Customer service at Lucky Brand is some of the worst service I have ever received with any online order. I tried to make a return in store and their sales clerk and their customer service person argued between themselves on whose inventory is charged. Customer Service Rep since he was located in Mexico he couldn't help me. Neither would accept my return even though the original order arrived already open and missing half the order. I settled on accepting a return label to send the item back for the return and they hit me with a $8 return fee. I strongly suggest never buying from them online as their infrastructure is poorly flawed.
Galleria Dallas asst store mgr lied & demanded an email or a return, even with receipt! Sounds like extortion & is illegal. 1/2024-tried to return 2 t-shirts purchased at the Galleria/Dallas store to another Lucky store (called ahead) The system did not detect the receipts bar code or manually in. One assoc tried to do a store credit & only said it would be a credit. Deception. She yelled at me. I called the orig. store purchased & that mgr, Raven, yelled continously at me on the phone when I asked about the problem & she should tell Corp. Sales Audit team about the system not reading receipts. She demanded I leave "now" so she can try to do the return. I hung up. Only 1 CS phone # - which is online orders only! I called again & filed a Sales Audit Store complaint. CS said they will get back to me in 3 days. WIll see. Called a 3rd store to find out an email is NOT required to do a return! Dallas/Galleria mgr who yelled at me did lie. The co. are liars, deceptive, mean. A law suit should be done.
Everything went wrong. Worst customer service. Charged for item they said they wouldn't charge me for since not available. Provided incorrect tracking number. Wont' ship in time frame provided. My request to speak to a manager was not fulfilled.
Appalling customer service. I purchased two necklaces on the website and the description said they were “gold plated metal.” When they arrived, they looked cute, but I was shocked to see that they were made of plastic. I wanted to return them, but the return fee is 8.00. I thought that since the description was entirely false and it would cost less than 2 dollars to ship them back, that this seemed a little high. I contacted customer service where they asked for everything but my fingerprints and then spent ten minutes trying to convince the rep that I wasn’t lying, taking several photos, at which point she just said that it didn’t look like plastic to her and there was nothing she could do, but offered me a ten percent coupon. I said not to bother as I wouldn’t be ordering again from a company with such poor customer service. A real shame because I have loved everything else I bought from there. If this is the way they treat their customers, however, I’m no longer interested.
Terrible customer service. My jeans were mislabeled, or at least it’s the first pair of 31/30 jeans that were at least three inches too wide. The customer service rep was rude and unhelpful, and refused to refer me to his manager upon request. Plan to spend $8 to return any item even if it’s mislabeled or defected (after spending $10 for them to ship it). It’s too bad, this brand used to be top quality. Now they sell junk and their customer service none existent.
Bought a pair of jeans from their website. THEY sent the wrong style. Contacted them to see how to return and would they provide a shipping label. Their response: "..in case you will be charged we will waive off the return shipping charges..." In other words, I pay to ship them back and they'll waive the shipping fee for reshipping the correct pair. In essence I pay shipping twice for one pair of jeans.
Ordered an item then was partially refunded and item returned to warehouse without my knowledge. I reached out to inquire why I received $6 on a $30 order; apparently my order was rerouted back to the warehouse. Lucky issued another partial refund. The refund amounts issued only covered 2/3 of the total amount paid, not shipping or taxes. When I contacted Customer Service, I was told that the last amount of my refund could only be creditted if I paid for another order. At this point, why would I commit more money to Lucky in fear of the situation happening again? I requested a refund for shipping and taxes on an item I never received yet was told that the system would not allow it and during normal business hours a supervisor was not able to assist; I would need to get a call back on the weekend. As I was giving customer service my number for a call back, they claimed to not hear me (had not moved in hours) and ultimately hung up. Wow. I get not having access at their level but after 60+ minute conversation with no interference when I am finally receiving help, the call suddenly drops? That is shameful. So I am calling back, to probably have another 60+ minute conversation yet hopefully getting actual assistance to resolve my issue with Lucky Brand.
Worst customers service ever. 8 dollars to pay for the return…. I let you imagine how many people make mistake when they order. 8 dollars each time. How to steal money from people ! Impossible to change the size after ordering 2 minutes ago..Never order online for sure !
