I placed an order spendings almost 500 dollars. I received 3 shirts from my order and a blanket which I did notOrder. I contacted customer service and was told that it said my order was delivered. I tried to explain that I received the incorrect items but they didn’t care. I returned the blanket to a lucky brand store in castle rock Colorado. Spoke to the manager, she was very nice but did not know how she could help. I left the blanket there at the store and took pictures. Hopefully my credit card company can get my money back.
Terrible. Accidentally put in the wrong address and called 30 seconds later to fix it but they wouldn’t permit that. Literally stole my money and told me that it would have to be shipped to the wrong address and reported stolen before they could issue a refund or send it to the right location. Beyond angry. Makes ZERO SENSE. Do not purchase anything from here if you can help it.
I bought a package of mens underwear online and when I received them they were not what it appeared online. It took forever to get them and then wanted to return or exchange and their policy is a joke. When I went to print to return label it wanted to charge me for their issue, I sent an email and they told me this is the way they handle customer returns. First it charged me over $10 to ship on a package I know cost about $2.50 - I used to ship packages for companies for years and know the cost. Then it wants to charge me again another $10 to return them. The order I made was for an item that $18 dollars and $10 shipping, then $10 to return. I basically got screwed out to $20 and got no product. Do not buy from them online! Rip OFF!!!!
I ordered two pair of jeans, then had a change of heart an hour later. They refused to cancel the order and kept saying it’s already shipped, which was impossible to have happened. I will never ever order and may never purchase Lucky Brand again, I will also warn my friends of this poor underhanded process. I guess I just used to other companies that offer good service. It isn’t this one. Never again.
Terrible customer service experience with Lucky to the point that I will not purchase from them again. They do not permit delivery instructions during their check out process (delivery to my building requires a code). I made a purchase and contacted customer service to provide that information. They said they couldn't add the information since the order had been processed. They said to contact the company shipping the package. Turns out I can't do that since I wasn't the sender of the package. I presume they were stolen because they never showed up. When I contacted Lucky about this, they said to take it up with FedEx.
I ordered a pair of jeans, very expensive. I paid for shipping. The jeans did not even come close to fitting. I returned them at MY expense. They sent me an e-mail confirming they received the return and would process my refund. The refund could take up to 30 days?? I will NEVER buy from them again ever.
Horrible customer service of their defective product they claim they cannot help with. A $34 tshirt with defective stitching bought yesterday and they cannot help. Adios lucky brand, you are now a use to be decent clothing line in my opinion.
I ordered a bunch of shirts cause they had a sale for the 4th of July, truly the ONLY reason I would ever shop with them since they make sub-par clothing at a ridiculous price. Not only did they send me the incorrect size, but wrong shirt all together. I call customer service, of course, only to be told that if I wanted an exchange that I’d have to go to a lucky store. Every Lucky store within a 50 mile radius closed due to their bankruptcy. Could I just send back the wrong shirts and have the correct order sent? Nope. Could they honor the sale price if I returned via mail and repurchased the correct shirts online? Nope. So what can you do for me?…….. a big irritated huff under his breath “ma’am I’m sorry that you were not satisfied with your recent experience.” F****** a**h***. Im not even mad about the wrong shirts being sent!! I’m pissed that I am being told now that you can do nothing to fix your mistake. I’m returning every bit of what I bought now and will NEVER buy anything associated with that brand again. It will all end up at tjmaxx, Marshall’s or Ross anyways.
