Review Time
While I very much appreciate that the wall paper samples are free, however the sample is very small. Like a 3x3 square. This does not allow you to get an idea of pattern for your space at all. It really only gives an idea of color. In my opinion it’s really a worthless sample.
God awful customer service. I ordered two rolls of wallpaper, they sent me five INCORRECT rolls (a completely different wallpaper). I called (but you can’t talk to anyone, only leave a message), and sent two emails. A rep emailed me back a few days later requesting more photos in addition to those I already took of the paper sent to me and the box. Then, I was asked to send MORE! I don’t know what more proof they need; this is unbelievable. It’s been four days since then (almost two weeks with the WRONG PAPER), and I have received no reply. This is truly ridiculous. My installer was supposed to install after I received the paper, but now I have no idea when I’ll get my correct order. I’m beyond frustrated that I cannot speak to a person and just get the order I ordered a month ago SENT AND RUSH SHIPPED at this point. What a joke. Don’t bother ordering from this company.

Like many people on here, I'm very frustrated with the lack of communication from customer service. I'm trying to understand when my rug will ship since i've gotten no info about that, and I'm trying to get in touch to change the shipping address since the rug mat went to my old address. But I'm having a hard time even getting them to email me back, which seems like a very inefficient process.
