Review Time
If you plan on buying a lamp or vase, this company might be fine, but after spending $7K on furniture, the customer service and quality of furniture are extremely frustrating. My designer picked out an ottoman and couch from Lulu and bought them per the recommendation. Here was my experience. The ottoman came quickly but was in a box completely un-padded/secured. Literally, thrown in a box with some plastic wrap. The $800 ottoman was left outside our city apartment building. A plastic piece on the interior of the ottoman was broken, but whatever. I moved on. The couch - We were originally quoted 5-7 weeks for the couch. A few weeks after placing the order we realized the measurements were off and we might want a different couch. There is NO one to call or speak with. Via email, they say if the couch hasn't started being built, we can cancel. Finally hear back and they tell us we can't cancel. "Fine I say, does that mean it will be here soon/er?". Lulu, "No, the couch will still be an additional 6 weeks." I was pissed, but my fault for not checking the policies. The cherry on top - I go to the website and see the couch is now 25% off. I reached out and asked if they could honor that discount given my couch is still over a month out from being delivered. No - they will not honor the sale. In summary, I am paying $6k for a couch that will take over 8 weeks to receive, doesn't fit well in my space, and is now discounted to $5K.

The order was placed and not shipped for days. Chat with company x 2 and I was told shipping was delayed "due to weather"! Cannot reach the company by phone. Correspondence by email/chat only. Have not heard back from the company in 24 hrs and they do not respond over weekends.I want my order but will never shop again at this company. I also have notified my original payment source.

Their delivery is ridiculously expensive they charge $500 where as even RH is around 250. And they may promise you white glove delivery but it may not apply to all items in the order. There is no way to call and reach them for any request or questions. They will take your money happily with the bad service.
