Review Time
The response below backs up my complaint. To review “internally”, my review, shows they will not publish the review. And reimbursing for delivery and install did not fix the problem. They should allow me to return the bed when the quality is this terrible. But I have seen all the bad reviews on other sites and the BBB, so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. Very disappointing. They never even offered to send another installer to check the bed. They want the easiest and least responsible response for themselves, apparently. “Interesting” that I put a one star review on their site, and they responded via email, but the review never posted. I have read this has happened to others. Hmmmmm...Beware and read review from other sites, plus the multitude of BBB complaints, most of which do not get settled satisfactorily. They don't stand behind their product quality issues, always ask for pictures...even of missing parts, etc...shouldn't they know the parts that go with a product?? They only respond via email and won't accept a return after, I think, 45 days. The bed I bought was assembled improperly by the delivery company they hired. Screws stripped, pieces installed upside down and in the wrong configuration, missing leg support and many missing screws. It started creaking and moving/loosening. I sent pics as requested. They refunded the delivery fee. I bought hardware to try to fix the problem...they wanted pics of the leg and screws? that were missing? I put the bed back together properly, and it just can't be effectively tightened down, so either poor quality or messed up from the installers and can't be remedied. I've had the bed less than a year....this problem started a few months after getting the bed. I've tried working via email with the company, filed a BBB complaint, wrote review on their site, which they never published. Good luck if you buy something from them....
After waiting for 3 weeks for my order, which I ordered on 10/21 and first week of November, it still had not shipped. Finally got my order and was sent 2 small ornaments and 2 large ornaments when I had ordered 4 Large. I wrote to customer service when I received the order on 11/10 and haven't heard from anyone in customer service.

I ordered two Pamela chairs on 5/22/23. I earned 1438 points from this purchase. When I went online to purchase something it indicated that I did not have points. I’ve emailed the company a few times and still have not received a response. I found one phone number online, but was not able to get through, it was a recorded message about privacy. The number on my American Express bill for the Lulu and Georgia had a recorded message that did not indicate it was the company, it just said to call back. I then went on a an email I received from the company that clearly stated my reward points with a box that said shop now and when I activated that the screen went blank. I tried to locate a phone number for Lulu and Georgia to no avail. So I emailed the company several times and have not heard back. How can you be in business and not have a customer service phone number? I intend to get in touch with American Express and let them know that the phone number that they post on invoices is bogus. I hope the $1800 I spent on two chairs is not in vain. If anything ever happens to these chairs, there’s no way to get in touch with the company. I think this is terrible.

We purchased the Lee Dresser by Sarah Sherman Samuel and received it two days ago. There is a huge quality problem with this item - it is absolutely terrible. The drawers are "push to open" and they barely open!! In order to open some of the drawers I literally have to bang on the dresser, which makes it wobble and shake. Some of the drawers do not close all the way making the piece look broken and cheap. The color is also so much different than pictured - much darker. I could live with this if not for the major quality and functionality problems. Upon receiving the dresser I immediately sent a return request to the "customer service" email. I have yet to receive a response. There is no phone number to contact this company and ZERO customer service. This is totally unacceptable for a $3k piece of furniture.This company is a scam and I will be contacting AmEx to report it as such unless I hear back from someone by the end of this week.

I ordered a rug (order #591427) on Oct 20, 2023. It was to ship within 5-7 days. I contacted customer service (email) when the order had not shipped and was told it would ship by Friday, Nov 3. It has still not shipped and I don’t have anyway to speak to someone on the phone regarding the status. Im happy to update my review if this is rectified.
