Driving vulnerable people on holiday sat nav took us on this toll road. We have disability vehicle so thought we would most likely be exempt. Pressed help button when ANPR didn't recognise us. No help. Paid. Contacted. Couldn't care less attitude from customer services. £7 fee to register as disabled which must be paid annually. No refund of the £9.70 paid. Over a week to reply to emails. Just dreadful. Avoid...I will carefully programme my phone if I'm in the area in the future. Makes the Dartford Crossing seem like heaven and a quarter of the price.
Not even used the toll yet and already frustrated, website is shocking to use. Won’t accept the correct password and won’t let you easily request a new password. When it does finally let you then you never receive the password reset instructions. Tried to set up an alternative account but won’t let me do that as car registration is already in the system. Sort it out, this is simple stuff!
£9.70 for saving 10 minutes drive? Absolute rip off. I have driven throughout south of France, came across this toll and I thought it cannot possibly be more than £5 for saving 10 minutes so let's try it, felt robbed when got charged. I will never bother with this in my lifetime again!
