SHOULD BE CALLED TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN

I thought it was just me. I placed an order on May 11th and followed up about 2 weeks later, at which time i was told that due to the sale, shipping times were extended. I emailed again in 3 weeks and was told a new shipment had come in and i would have my order soon. I've emailed multiple tomes and called and left messages since then, all to no avail. They dont even respond anymore.

magick.com has to be the WORST…

magick.com has to be the WORST metaphysical supply company I have ever dealt with.They had been having a 30% off sale which is apparently still ongoing though seems to have a ticker that indicates the sale will end in 5 hours, which I am pretty sure it said a few days ago too and apparently had no idea how to handle it. So my order from March 16th that had the label printed with your order is on the way around April 17th STILL has not shipped. I have contacted them multiple times. They keep apologizing for the delays from the sale and from the warehouse restocking because of the sale etc. Okay like if you can't handle a sale to the point that orders are sitting around for nearly TWO MONTHS - then they need to end the sale early and not float it for months on end and if stuff is out of stock then it should be out of stock on the website. If it is out of stock to the point of having to wait two months then refund the out of stock items. I just told them to refund me, which I am still waiting for because the warehouse doesn't update tracking info so it could plausibly be in transit, but doubtful. if I have not received anything further I am going to call my bank and do a chargeback. I hate to do that. I am MORE Than understanding of the hiccups in running a business and all the moving parts, but this is inexcusable. I understood at first, but why print a shipping label if its not going to be ready to ship for another month??? Last inquiry said probably another two weeks.They offered me a 5% discount for my troubles like no just refund me and I am never shopping here again. Also I would not recommend them at all.

Fraud company please stay away

Fraud company please stay away. Placed order for one green and black candle back in late March 2024. Order did not “ship” until a month later and even then it took two weeks for the package to be sent to the post office after a label was created. Finally received the package in May 2024 only to have been given a completely different item than what was ordered. Please use discernment and stay away. Shop with better companies such as Suerteluck and Originalbotanica instead for better service.

Worst company ever

I placed my order on May 7th, on May 14th i sent them an email asking for an eta, no response. I sent another email on the 19th asking for eta, finally got a response that the sale was causing a delay, it should be within 5 days, on the 25th i sent another email. No response. Today is May 31st and my order is still unfulfilled. I called my bank today to file a claim and sent an email to magick asking for a refund... i have my fingers crossed

Long wait, no product. Scam company?

Placed my order on April 22--website said it would ship in 2-5 business days. More than two weeks later still no update and no tracking number.I emailed customer service and got a form letter back about how their backlogged because they recently had a big sale. How is that the customer's problem? I replied with a cancellation request...but judging from the other reviews on this site, I'm probably going to have to end up filing a chargeback.I shopped here as a last resort, enticed by a hard-to-find item that was out of stock other places. Probably, it's out of stock at this store, too.I suspect they have few staff and little inventory, and are just floating buyers' money and shipping crap if/when they can get ahold of it. Garbage store, please stay away.

Stay away!

Stay away! Just trust me, STAY AWAY! They will never deliver your stuff. I ordered on May 6, it is now June 3, absolutely nothing in my hands. They ignore emails, and if they even decide to respond, and you have requested a refund, they will not refund you. If you have ordered from here, file a dispute with your bank, don’t even attempt to even email them, it’s useless. I have not seen a single tracking number, and according to these reports here, they won’t even actually give it to USPS if you do get a tracking number, so don’t even try it. Try somewhere else, this website is a total scam and I really hope my bank gives me my money back. I have learned my lesson!

I’ve never received my products after waiting for months. I requested a refund and they never refunded my money. Taste others have noted, this company is a scam. Do not buy from them!

Ordered an ashtray in late April this year.It still hasn't been shipped. I sent a email asking them to refund me after two weeks of no updates on the order. They said if the order had already been processed, the order couldn't be refunded.

I should have listened to the reviews…

I should have listened to the reviews of other people. The "sale" never ends, and always restarts the next day. Due to this shipping is delayed. It takes forever for customer service to get back to you, and the excuses I'm getting is the same as the others I've read. Cash grab business, and making the customers wait a ridiculous amount of time for an order or an answer. Do what I should have done, and shop elsewhere.
