I would give a negative star rating it…

I would give a negative star rating it if were allowed here.Placed my order May 1.After a month of not receiving even a notice of shipment I emailed and was told they were backed up and would issue a tracking number in 2 weeks. Each time I emailed I was told the same thing. I finally called and was again told the same thing, assurance that it would ship in 2 weeks. To date, I have not received any notification of shipment. I have requested a refund. Certainly smells like a SCAM!!!

I've been scammed by this company

This is a scam company. It's been over 10 months despite trying to communicate with them, but they've just stopped responding. They claim it's supply chain issues or worse give you hope that it'll be dispatched soon. Their 30% off campaign is on almost all year round, and that is another excuse they'll use and say they're dealing with large volumes of orders. They have also not responded to my request for cancellation or return. DON'T BUY FROM THEM, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!

Awful company

I placed an order back in May, and was told it would be delivered within a week. I accidentally put my address in wrong, so I contacted them and they fixed it, so I expected to actually get an email telling me that my order has been shipped. Never got it, and I began to get worried. So I finally contacted them and said that I wanted a refund since they never shipped my order, and ELEVEN days later they sent me an email that they sent my package. Never got an email telling me that they were sorry, absolutely nothing. This is a bad company, and I don’t think they are worth your time. The item I bought from them is also twice as much as it would be on Amazon, so I also believe that they jack their prices up. Do not buy from them, just find what you’re looking for on a trusted website.Update: it is now August 4, and it has just now ALMOST gotten to my house. Takes too long to ship too, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it never arrives or is damaged.

FRAUD

This is my first time making a purchase with them, and it will be my LAST! I should have checked the reviews first before the purchase, their customer service is HORRIBLE! They won't answer their phones and you're advised to email them ,which I did. Flimsy excuse about back orders and such and never responded back afterwards. Right after the purchase I get an email saying I made a purchase from another company for $557.00 dollars? Also never got the code to make an account for their app? Something is not right with this transaction? I WANT MY MONEY BACK 💰! UPDATE: Well finally someone emailed me after I contacted my credit card company and informed them of this sham, the agent was disgruntled and nasty thru her email. Had the nerve to accuse me of fraud and say they were a Christian company?! Christian my behind! What Christian company do you know that sells tarot cards, potions,devils claw and such? Tragic! This company is a SHAM! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

I placed an order on the 29th. At the time of writing this, it's already the 11th. They won't respond to my support requests or answer my calls. I'm probably never going to receive my items. I'm planning to ask my credit union how to report this business for scamming me.

Never received my order

Like a lot of others, I never received my order. I was told multiple times there was a delay or a large shipment came in, causing a delay etc. I have no faith that I’ll actually get a refund either, but I really should have looked up reviews before placing an order. Please don’t waste your time hoping that you’ll get your order and we are all just one-off cases.

If I could I would rate them a zero! >: My orders were placed almost a year ago. After months of waiting both orders got partially delivered. I finally gave up got tired of sending emails and listening to annoying answering machines. I complained to ShopPay and it looks like they no longer support their business. I could go on and on with this but at the end of it all I was scammed like everyone else. Horrible business will never buy from them again!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

If I could give a negative star I would. I placed an order from these THIEVES in April of 2024. It was actually three separate orders totaling more than $350. In June, I received $53 worth of products from my order. And as of today NOTHING else. I have emailed relentlessly and called their customer service weekly but to no avail. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They will not ship your order. They will lie. They will make excuses. They will defraud you.

Absolutely a dreadful experience

Absolutely a dreadful experience. Ordered items and shipping took a very, very, very long time. After about 4 weeks, I contacted customer service. Big mistake! Because of their sale, which seems to be ongoing, they asked that I allow them more time. After 6 weeks of not receiving my order, I cancelled the payment with my bank. Then of course, customer service contacted me. But to no resolve! They wanted me to either accept the order and cancel the chargeback from my bank. I didn’t want the order, not from them anyways and asked them to cancel my order. Customer service said they couldn’t cancel my order in their system until I cancelled the chargeback with my bank, which I wasn’t willing to do.In other words, I paid for something and never received it. When I cancelled the payment, 6 weeks of waiting for my order, they blamed it on the influx of orders due to their sale and refused to give me my money back. Saying I needed to contact my bank and remove the chargeback is simply the lie they tell.

Horrible company

Horrible company! Incredibly delayed shipping time, unhelpful and unresponsive customer service, I tried to cancel my order 3 times and they only sent it when I threatened a charge back and didn't want it because it took two months to ship. Horrible!!!Update: after I requested a charge back with my bank, Isabel contacted me and told me to cancel the "false chargeback" instead of providing any type of support or solution like I had been trying to get for months. Since they did FINALLY ship, I did not get a refund, and am now stuck with herbs that sat around for at least the 2 months it took to ship.
