The lady of the call center had a bad attitude toward foreigner. She is impolite, non patient which not a good criteria for people who work in this field and plus it is unacceptable for her to shout at customer. I hope free mobile can find the recorded sound of my conversation with her and examin her attitude toward customer.

Unfortunately I didn't see these reviews until it was too late. Like many others, they took 130 eur out of my account after my 1 month sim card ended. Please be careful! Next time I would use a different carrier as it'll same time and money in the long run.

This is my second time travelling abroad with free mobile outside of France and they restricted all my data use and said I have over-consumed on my account, but I have only been abroad one other time for 24 hours and barely used my data. They are charging me 67 euros for my last trip abroad and had never contacted me about it as it has been over a month. This company obviously scams its users and has billed me for 67 euros and restricted my account for no reason. Be careful and do not sign with this company.
