When we finished our visit to the Free store on Avenue Jean Médecin in Nice, I took a moment to find the store manager and tell her that she should be very, very proud of all her staff. They did a wonderful job helping resolve our complicated and frustrating situation.My daughter will live in France and go to university to do her master's degree. My family is in France and Nice on vacation and helping my daughter set up her new apartment. We live in the USA so there is a bit of a language issue finding someone who speaks English fluently so they can help us with our problem as it's a bit complicated. My French is good (I'm Canadian, but it's been many years since I used my French. Thanks Google Translate), but not good enough to explain the complications.We went to the Free store on avenue Jean Médecin in Nice.It's obvious the store is busy as they do a great job providing solutions to their customers. The staff at this store were very helpful and wonderful. Every person - EVERY PERSON, including the security guard at the door - that my daughter spoke with offered to help her and the staff helped her. All the staff were moving from customer to customer and she was talking with several staff members because I started the conversation and then I had to wait about 30 minutes until my daughter came into the store.When we finished, I took a moment to congratulate the manager (Melissa) and told her that she should be proud of each and every member of her team. It was easy to set up, cancelling was a night mare. Do not go with free mobile. They have me the run around, asking me to call customer service and then getting me to mail in a registered and dated letter to request a cancellation.They then charged me an extra month after giving me the run around.A bunch of crooks, don't go with free mobile.

This is the worst service I have ever received in my life.They let me call an international number, even though it is not a part of my plan, and then charged me so much money. I asked them multiple times to help me out with filing for a refund but they kept telling me they only have a postal address. I already moved out of France, how am I supposed to send them a post now? What kind of a company does not use email for customer service? Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!

Free Mobile is the most unuseful company I have ever seen. They still don't have English-speaking agents and they don't check their social media addresses. They don't provide any email address to contact in another language. I am very disappointed and regretful about choosing this as my phone service provider for my exchange semester. They are still causing me problems back in my home country. If you don't speak french do not even think about buying from here.
