The worst Mobile Phone ever.

The worst Mobile Phone ever.I payed one extra year for nothing just because they have a north korean policy of canceling the abonament: you have to send a letter!!! in the 21st century you have to send letters so they make more money on our backs until we have time to send their letters.And by the way... I had free canceling benefit in my abonament (for nothing!) but still had to send a letter to stop my abonament.Shame on you, Free!

File dispute with the EU to get your money back

Had to cancel my subscription because I moved out of France. Sent 2 letters of resignation, which were received but never acted upon. The only way I made them stop charging my bank account was to file a consumer dispute with the EU (search for Online Dispute Resolution EU) - luckily, they took my side, and my bank blocked all charges from Free, even refunded me for the months the subscription should have been canceled.

Free mobile hasn't sent the sim card

Free mobile hasn't sent the sim card. But transfered my number anyway.The solution is to wait 5 days without phone for a new sim shipping for free... Or to pay 10euros and to get a sim at the store...Wait, why should i pay because you've failed and blame it on the postal service ? It happens all the time according to the online review.I want a refund.

After I sent them a resiliation letter, they are continuing to send me bills every month. The assistance does not exist, you are stuck with a bot that just pisses you off. Just stay away from Free.
