Review Time
I started using moneyhub after money dashboard closed down, I found this gave the best tracking and customisation I required for my finance. Connections across a wide range of accounts and auto sync and tagging.When the free period ended I was happy to pay for the premium subscription to keep using this. Unfortunately about 1 month after taking out the premium options the app stopped updating and informed me that I only had a basic account. Checking on my google account showed a fully paid moneyhub subscription. Having submitted a support ticket I received an initial email asking for some further information, followed by no updates for the next 2 weeks. Follow up messages did not elicited a response. A holding message stating the issues has been logged and they are investigating would let me know that something is being done. Once I left a poor review on trust pilot I was contact by support first thing the next morning and then received several emails during the day as they were able to identify the root cause and correct it. I'm happy that the issue has been addressed now and I can use the service again, but the quality of a company can be often judged by how they deal with things that have gone wrong. Now as other users mentioned their support is terrible, it has been four days with no response. Also think it lacks a lot in comparison to other apps in terms of notifications and connections are released when they're not quite ready as have to keep manually reconnecting them. Feels like this app isn't going to be around much longer. Have started looking elsewhere.

I’ve been using MoneyHub and really like the tool. It has a nice interface and is fairly simple to use. However, the support is disappointing. I encountered a connection issue and submitted my inquiry via their website chat three days ago. After the standard initial reply, I followed up but was met with complete silence. I then followed up via email and experienced the same lack of response. The tool works well when everything is running smoothly, but the lack of support is a major drawback. I am now considering moving my money management to another provider due to this issue.Update 1: Following the response from Moneyhub, someone contacted me on Monday to say they would look into it. However, it has gone silent again, so I messaged yesterday to find out the status, but there has been no response. Today is Thursday. I am now looking for an alternative app.Update 2: MoneyHub has now extended my trial period, this is appreciated, if the connection works, I will likely stay with this app.Update 3: MoneyHub has now helped me resolve the issue and extended my membership for six months, which I appreciate, I am increasing this from two stars to three stars. They were helpful in the end.

I think this is an excellent app. Started using it over a year ago and have been very pleased with it. Would like to see them facilitate budgets with customised time periods as opposed to one month at a time. Other than that I find it indispensable and would strongly recommend it to anyone wanting to take control of their spending The insights on spending (not budgets) cover all periods and are excellent.
