I would like to send a shoutout to MWeb for the fantastic service I have received this far.My first fibre provider was RSA web I have been with them for 2 years ENDLESS problems always buffing, services are down atleast i would call them twice if not thrice a month. I then heard about afrihost how they are dominating the market and are the best currently I then joined them if I tell you the service were aligned to RSA web keep reconnecting once again every month I have to sit on the phone what a waste of time and they overcharge for the service. I heard about Mweb I then tried them for the pass 2 month I have had nothing but only good connection bear in mind we only stream in our house hold but there connection is fantastic this far value for money I feel that I have made the right choice no buffing no lagging my son has not complained once when playing online bigups MWEb you realy came to the rescue once again VALUE FOR MONEY AND TOP SERVICE
It was a hassle to get through to them to cancel my order in the first place. After a long time and many many calls later I finally got through. The lady at customer service assured me that the order was canceled. Yet today they have deducted the money from my account. Do not do business with these people!!! Please give me my money back
VERY VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE LAST WEEK U GUYS WERE OFF FOR ALMOST TWO DAYS TODAY AGAIN WE WORK FOR OVERSEAS COMPANIES WHO DO NOT UNDERSTAND ARE U GUYS GONA PAY US FOR WORK LOST ITS OUR BREAD AND BUTTER. CALLING WAITING IN A Q DO U PAY MY AIRTIME. WENT TO THE COMPANY IN GOODWOOD UR SECURITY GAURD IS THE VOICE FOR THE COMPANY AS THERE IS NO WALKIN CENTRE... PETROL WASTED.. I NOW WONDER WHO IS THE CEO OF THIS COMPANY.
It started when we asked to cancel out service and instead of cancelling they suspended our wifi, making our new service provider unable to startup the new contract we then waited in a caller queue saturday, yesterday and today, once we were assisted, we received the worse service ever. Worse customer service i have ever received, We were assisted by a lady named Sesethu she refused to assist us with the issue or allow us to speak to a senior or manager. when we asked her for her name due to her poor customer service, she refused to give us her surname, all we wanted to do was escalate the complaint as the service was disgusting.
