Ordered on the 19th Nov and purchased extra to qualify for next day delivery. Today is the 1st Dec and it still hasn’t arrived. Customer’s service aren’t able to tell be where my package is or when it will arrive. Now feels like im one of 1000’s being let down by MyProtein. I’ve always been a loyal customer but now it’s time to shop elsewhere.
I've ordered from MyProtein multiple times. Every time they told me it has been dispatched. Every time it is delivered late and I gave had to chase it. You can only use their chat or send them messages and the responses you get are patronising, deliberately evasive and completely unhelpful. My most recent £75 order is still undelivered and they wont tell me if its been dispatched or lost or anything. The worst customer service and delivery service I've ever experienced.
I’ve always used Myprotein but I won’t anymore. 2 orders in 2 weeks haven’t turned up and they were supposed to be next day delivery. Every time I look at the tracking it gives you tomorrows date, this goes on and on. I’ve had to ask for a refund which was like getting blood from a stone. Awful to deal with, product quality is going down while prices go up.
Our order didn't arrive. They use evri so it's not surprising. They don't respond to emails. We can't get our product or refund. It's disgraceful. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere, i will and have used them alot although they don't seem to care about that. They used to be okay but not anymore.
Wish I could give this company zero stars!! Absolutely appalling service! Still waiting for my products to arrive and I paid for next day delivery AND that was a week and a half ago! I keep getting fobbed off by them, saying its the courier and my products will be with me shortly! They've taken over £30 off me and I'm disgusted!!!!!
AVOID!!!! I have a NHS discount code and the discount is not applied properly, I should get 45% from the overpriced retail price but it does not calculate accordingly. Also prices have gone through the roof, I used to buy whey powder for £16 and they are now £32 with the "discount applied", double than last year. MASSIVE SCAM!!! won't be buying from my protein again
Gone from probably the cheapest and most affordable protein supplements company's to the most expensive.. 350e for a 5kg bag of whey isolate is madness. Even with their sales it's almost double which is a joke. Most companies have increased their prices by about by 10e or so but myprotein prices are crazy.. avoid at all costs. Can get better quality for cheaper
I’ve been a long term customer of MyProtein and like many of my peers we are now getting totally fed up of the grossly over priced whey powder. Also, sick to death of the faux discounts you give using the many of the “pay day” specials this and use code IMPACT… the list of codes is endless.Why not just change your pricing model to charging a sensible price from day 1 instead of incredulous £160+ for 5kg of powder only for you to offer some rubbish deal using yet another code. We all know market prices fluctuate etc but to give a discount of 45/50% off “site wide” and on “certain” items only week in week out makes MyProtein appear like another well known furniture store never ending sale….All the big brands seem to be acting in the same way, almost cartel like. All playing the same game with the same prices and same/similar discounts offered…..No wonder you have to offer Credit services to pay for this product now. Your pricing and business plan by getting people into possible debt is immoral.Goes well with…… A lottery win….
