Review Time
Sent me out of date tablets. Check the bottom of the tablets for expiry date! Don't be fooled into thinking they have checked and made sure. Also still no response to ask for complaints procedure and speak to a manager about previous issue, since July (5 months and counting!) Still told to wait 5 days for a reply even though I've waited 5 months so far! Still not given me the £5 goodwill they promised either! Customer service is nonexistent!!! Makes me very angry.
received the order after a long delay. Wish it hadn't arrived at all, this stuff is the worst tasting shake have ever used. It's overly sweet which is probably to try and drown out the awful taste. defiantly won't be wasting my money again. Awful stuff.
I made 2 orders with myprotein on 30/11, for next day delivery. However the following day I received an email saying the orders had been cancelled due to a pricing error. I messaged the advisor on the MyProtein chat and they advised me that if I make one new order for the exact same order, and pay the higher amount, they will refund me the difference. This was on Monday 05/12 and I had the transcript emailed to myself for evidence. I was told to wait 3-5 working days for the refund. I waited until Friday as I had received no refund and contacted them again, they apologised and said the refunded again. I checked up again on Monday and they said yes it is definitely coming by 14/12. I have contacted them again today and they said they need to look in to it and expect some feedback in 3-5 working days. This company is an utter joke. They owe me £159.56 a refund, but they owe me alot more for the distress and inconvenience caused and spending up to 4 hours on their chat and getting absolutely nowhere. I definitely DO NOT recommend this company!
Whilst their products are IMO some of the best on the market in terms of taste and quality, their customer service is not only poor but actually rude and confrontational. Ordered products and one of the delivery options was to accept a slow delivery of 5-10 days with the trade off a £5 credit offered off the next order. Never materialised and when I wrote to ask about it was told to prove it with a screen print! Who takes evidence on the offers on the website of an international company?! Needless to say multiple messages exchanged by different staff who obviously hadn't read the previous ones. Such a shame that a company who offer really good nutrition don't match it with customer care.Update:The £5 credit did actually materialise on my account after a few more days. Strange that their staff couldn't see it at the time. Have therefore boosted the experience by a star.
Appalling customer service. I received a marketing email advertising 'discount' on many items and I ended up placing an order last night (these were supposed to be Christmas Gifts). This order has now been cancelled "due to a special offer error on [their] website" . My Protein should honor the discount that they were offering not cancel orders! Disgusting decision IMO.
Not happy with this company, I placed an order yesterday for a number of protein products, I took quite bit of time choosing the product flavours and checking the description. I placed the order and they took the money from my account , got an email from them that the order has been received. However today I got an email from them saying they had to cancel my order due to a special offer error on their website. Note, still not received a refund yet. Its not my issue if they had a problem with their website, they should honour it, they were happy to take the money from my account. Better off ordering from Amazon, even if they have an error they still honour it. This company is not professional, I have ordered from them in the past but will not be using again after this experience!
Really wish I could give lower than 1 star. Similar to other reviews my order hasn't arrived, I was asked to complete a form (twice) detailing so & nothing has happened 5 weeks on. I have been a customer for years and this is the first issue I have had. But based on the appalling service and these reviews I am looking for alternative suppliers.
I ordered over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received my goods. I've contacted myprotein who told me it's "in transit" even though i was trying to explain it's been that way for a long time and it looks lost. I ended up contacting their courier who said yes, it's lost - ask for a replacement. I have spoken to numerous staff the last few days who will not arrange a replacement as they need confirmation from the courier - make it make sense!! It's been over 2 weeks. Why can i contact the courier so easily and they can't? So now i've paid for goods i don't have from a company who's staff seem to lack the common sense to rectify this. Their customer care is shocking and i'll never order from here again.
