They use to be good now they scam. - Taken payments for 2 x cancelled items. - Items have not arrived re separate order They make contacting them impossible. They just want me to get bored and stop messaging and let them get away with steeling 120quid. Customer support is terrible and no number.
This is SCAM. Myprotein is extremely increasing prices. Original prices are so high that even discounted prices are more than doubled compared to year before and they continue to increase prices every month.I used to like myprotein, but these scamming practices and 2 weeks delivery times are just outrages. Also, their customer service is rude and horrible. There are better fitness products companies.
Ordered 25th August with an extra payment for delivery. I was given a time & date for 26th 18:00 - 20:00 (not great) allegedly it was attempted deliver on the 26th August at 22:55 with someone waiting in with bell in fully working order. Even the main doors were open (in the safest place in London with streams of cameras) . Driver THG/PAAK text me at 22:55, at 22:58 I wrote the the driver to try the bell again or leave the package & there would be some to either take it from the driver or pick the package up. No text was sent & no delivery was left. I robotic text saying it could not be delivered & will take place the next day . Again this did not happen & I was in “All day & Night” so where was the delivery. It has just been delivered at 22:00 using my bell & I let the delivery driver in & when I went down to the ground floor it was left in front of the Lift. Today is the 29th August ..No apology - No charge for the extra next day delivery & no compensation & now I have an order in my account I did not place. I thought it was a thank you for the mishaps . Sadly not . My Protein were never like this it’s changed & I’m guessing changes to delivery companies which is ok. If not for the worse. Again I do expect a response as it seems the customer is not importantt & my protein are doing to well to retain long standing customers or the management have lost a grasp on the service, product (which I did praise ) & how to satisfy their customer base.
I've used my protein for a long time. Longer than 8 years. They used to be excellent. You know exactly what you were getting. Everything was cheap, decent quality and arrived the next day. But it's really not like that anymore. The price is one of the most expensive on the market and they've also not changed their quality from the cheap and cheerful days either. Typical Amazon style business model: draw customers in with low prices and then gradually increase the price over time while hoping to retain customer base.When they send through "offers" or "sales" it's really just a marketing ploy. These big sale events aren't what they used to be and the price decrease is very minimal. You also can't get next day delivery anymore. They've also expanded their product like and, in all fairness, lots of it is poor. Their clothes are poor and some of the flavours of protein they do now are like something from a chemistry lab. I still order every now and then but 98% of my stuff I get from other websites. Amazon when there's offers on.
Misleads customers with ‘offers’ by ramping up price. I work for NHS and have blue light discount of 45%. Upon inputting discount code the discount I received was 12%!! The reason for this ‘u cannot discount a product that is already on offer’ but all there products are apparently ‘on offer’. Avoid these scammers, cheaper and better quality products out there
Have used My Protein for many years never had any problems till now. Made an order for 3 products on 1/7/22. 2 items were delivered on the 7/7/22. It’s now the 9/8/22 and still hasn’t been delivered. Have contacted customer service 6 times now and all I get is the same bog standard answer which is incredibly unhelpful. My Protein are still selling the product it’s not out of stock according to there website. Absolutely pathetic from a company that used to be 100% trustworthy now it seems all they want is your cash. DO NOT ORDER FROM MY PROTEIN is all I can say look at there online reviews it makes me wonder if there products are as bad as there so called customer service is. I no longer trust this company in anything they claim on there website how can they be trusted when they treat customers like the do. Customers are there business it seems the don’t want customers anymore ???
These Guys are liars. At the time of purchase they say it will take only 1-2 days to deliver, and later on, even after 3 days, they will not even dispatch.Neither you can cancel your order if once placed nor you can pick it up from their warehouse.They just want to see with 0 customer serviceMy order number is 422765026 ( UAE)
Order Number: 422721608If I could rate any less than 1 star I would. This is THE worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Previous orders have been fine but my most recent order was an absolute nightmare. You’re unable to speak to anyone on the phone and you get the same automated, scripted responses over email, chat etc. and they don’t actually respond or comment on the points you raise. I ordered just 2 items on 2nd August, creatine and some protein bars. They received the order but there was no update for weeks and they couldn’t give any details on the reason for the delay only that it was something to do with their warehouse. I was redressed for the delays to the value of the order and told that I would not be charged and they would still supply the items. I went on holiday for 2 weeks on 5th September, during my holiday I noticed around £34 had been deducted from my account and I had an email saying the parcel had been delivered. I reached out over live chat and they refused to provide a refund. The money was debited on 17th September - 46 days later!! Without any prior notification or warning. Again, they REFUSED to provide a refund because they had supplied the items. This was despite all the previous chat history confirming I would not be charged and that they had compensated me (not refunded) for the delays. I’ve now given up chasing for this refund because you can’t make a complaint or actually speak to someone over the phone. All email replies are from a “no-reply” email address. The company is a joke and needs shutting down. I’ll never order from this place again. The employees should be ashamed for the company they work for.
