Purchased the 5kg package as well as other products from them due to a great deal they had on at the time, or so I thought.Upon arrival my parcel didn’t contain my 5kg of protein. The most expensive item. I assumed that this would arrive on another day so I waited and threw away the wrapping. Nothing arrived I checked my account online and it said it should have arrived with everything else.Reached out to customer support and it was going well spoke to a few people as it was never the same person each response I received. Eventually said that they would send out replacement. However, a new ticket was then created to their “investigations team”. Long story short because I am pretty much done with this and done with them. Want to make sure other know what they are getting themselves into. They asked me if I could take pictures of the packaging. I already threw it away. They then said they would check cctv footage. They checked said parcel was packaged and prepared properly then said they have now closed my account and won’t recover any orders from me…I’m now down £80+ have no way of contacting them without an account. No way of emailing in. No way of resolving this. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. They of course didn’t provide me with this footage. Even if it was package correctly how do I know that I received correct parcel? Or that it wasn’t tampered with. All I know is I don’t have what I ordered. Will not recommend them to anyone else. From the reviews I’m reading it seems as though I’m not the first this has happened to and I won’t be the last unfortunately.BE CAREFUL!
Recently purchased a hoodie and joggers for the gym. I took the hoodie out the packet to find it covered in dust, with one area having a line of thick dust on it. Also found what looked like an off cut of material in the pocket of the hoodie. Not the best really when you already put the price of the items up by a few quid just to put it on sale, meaning customers saved absolutely no money on these items. At least pretend to care about customers and the quality of your items.
Just in case you are about to post a review on here about MyProtein, the company based in Manchester that manufactures sports etc drinks, who are part of The Hut Group (THG), it seems to me this is a spoof webpage and your'e wasting your time just as I wasted mine. Maybe it is a decoy by MyProtein to divert adverse criticism. But there is a Trustpilot webpage for the real organisation and it's easy to find. It is such a pity that all the adverse feedback on here has gone to waste and MyProtein are probably laughing their socks off at their success in avoiding the truth about their appalling service. They don't even claim this page. BTW for good measure, post on the THG page as well. They are a plc and reliant upon shareholder for their continuance. I made the point in my post that shareholders should be wary of such a disaffected organisation who are alien to the concept of customer service and customer satisfaction. MyProtein don't care two hoots about either.
Myprotein’s referral scheme is misleading. My friend used my referral code, placed an order over £45, received the products, and got the credit. However, Myprotein is now refusing to give me mine, claiming the order didn’t get the referral discount—despite us following all the rules. Customer service has been unhelpful, and this feels like a way to avoid honouring promotions. Very disappointing and not a good look for a company that relies on customer loyalty.
I ordered a oder for a whey protein powder and it's the worst last time i ordered a Whey Essential protein powder which taste really bad, But now i spent more money and got a 2.5kg for £50 thinking this one would taste better but it taste exactly the same. Placed an order on the 12th Feb. Paid extra for next day delivery. Had my dispatch notification and stayed home knowing nobody else would be there to take delivery. I then went on live chat late afternoon to check it was out and was told it would be delivered up to 7:30pm latest - Stayed home. Never turned up. Whole day wasted. It arrived the following evening.Went back on live chat to get my NDD charge back and was told a £5 credit would be added to my account within 24 hours. 4 days later. Nothing. Back to live chat. Received an apology and a promise it would be added to my account in 24 hours. Again, nothing.I’ve lost a whole day of my life waiting for something I paid for that despite assurances didn’t turn up when it should have and then countless waiting time on live chats over a £5 credit that I no longer want.Good product but there are plenty of other places to use. I wish i could give no stars Evri have lost my parcel they were told by evri its lost they were going to send me a replacement then cancelled the replacement so they can see if my original is delivered its been 2 weeks so far no replacement no refund nothing but wait and see there thieves in my eyes
