I ordered their product for the first time. After some time I received an email that proclaimed gleefully "You asked, we delivered 💪Great News your order has been delivered!"It had not.I made enquiries and had told I was wrong it had been delivered to me. I enquired further to see that it had been listed with my address but a postcode in Bristol. Not mine. They had delivered to the wrong address.Thinking they would accept their mistake - I had not put down the wrong postcode. I informed them. But they refused any payment because the postal detail which were all correct had the wrong post code = which was their fault. They blamed me.So Ive paid out. No product. No apology. No refund.Great customer service! I will complain.
Stay clear of this companyUsed online to place an order my old address was still showing within minutes of my purchase I contacted them (seemingly you get an hour to amend)Fobbed off, told to deal with myself as order had been despatched on a Sunday night don’t think so.They done nothing to help god knows who has my parcel now. If you want a nervous breakdown these are the people to order from. They have sent me a product and taken my money without my consent twice now. Returning the product and then trying to get your money back is a full time job, it took me a month to get my first refund, six weeks later I still haven't received my second refund as apparently the system has rejected it (what kind of logical reason is that)! You can't speak to them on the phone,it's all done through message and you constantly have to go back and forth as they do not read the full chain of messages. I think they rely on people giving up so they can keep their money. Save yourself the mental torture and go somewhere else. It is the worst experience I have ever had from a company
I've always purchased from My Protein, however they don't give a flying fig about their customers. Before ordering from their EU site, I contacted their CS team to confirm whether their advert on Facebook was legitimate. They confirmed it was legit. Guess what? It wasn't. I contacted them again with my complaint, and they didn't care one bit, just fobbed my off to contact my bank to get a chargeback, took no accountability for the bad advise. As usual another company that will take your money, but as soon as there's a problem they look the other way.
Been a customer on and off for the last 15 years this company has become very bad in the last year or so if you place an order it’s like a lottery whether you actually receive it or not know information actually given as other people have said here they just don’t care they do what they want. They’ve got your money.
Awful service. I placed an order and immediately cancelled it, when it was in Order Placed status, and the website confirmed cancellation. I then reordered the correct stuff and I've now been waiting 4 days for it and still it sits in "Processing" and hasn't been dispatched. Today I get an email saying both orders are delayed so I chat with Thrashnie in customer services to explain i cancelled the first order and they tell me the cancellation didn't happen because it was already dispatched, yet it's stil showing as "Processing". Agent has no intention of cancelling and tells me I can return goods. I have now asked to cancel both orders as they are not dispateched but they refuse to. Absolute con merchantsAwful customer service. Awful website. Awful delivery times
