Usually spend around £100 every 4-6 weeks. Next day now takes around a week if it even turns up. Just get an email saying it’s been damaged and returned. Customer service just fob you off. There are cheaper and much better alternatives out there
Order 100 pounds worth of stuff, get told will have it in 1-2 days and it hasnt arrived, says it with their courier, escalated it and didn't get a response till over 2 day later when they did respond "oh let us know if you tracking info hasn't updated after 24 hours" This happened before I figured give them another chance but no shocking service.
Would be happy with the product...if it actually arrived! Website offers next day delivery, which never happens. They continually over-promise and under-deliver and blame the courier. If the courier is so inadequate, use a different one! My guess is there's fault all round. Nobody takes ownership of concerns when they arise and you can only give a company so many chances to get things right. Safe to say will be sourcing products elsewhere in future and definitely an ex-customer.
Ordered some protein and items to help with my fitness journey. The courier appears to have left it outside in a communal car park as per the "delivery" photograph. I contacted my protein about it and they have advised that the GPS is closed enough, the photo shows it was delivered so tough luck. If they bothered to look at the photograph they would see it was dumped outside somewhere that anyone could take it and the box doesn't even look like the right one, I ordered items that would not even fit in that box unless someone sat on it! Not impressed at all with their help.
(My protein company) This protein supplement gave me really bad stomachache every time I used it.I tried contacting the company about the issue, but they didn’t seem to care or offer any help.I’ve used other supplements without a problem, so I know this one just isn’t right for me .very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. Don’t buy this product I’m loose my money and still waiting last month
Put an order in 2 weeks ago today Evri had it by the Friday & didn’t deliver I knew it’d been stolen I tried contacting both yourself & Evri & was told I had to wait which I did only to be told 10 days later that it was damaged by Evri ( no it was stolen) & when I contacted my protein the person who was messaging wasn’t bothered just said a new order will be sent out it’s now 14 days & I’ve still no order that’s over £121 something & the fact it’s meal replacement means I use that to replace my meals so 2 weeks & still no sign of my order I asked for it to be fast tracked & was told by my protein no it will be sent the same way . This is not how you treat returning customers especially when they spend £100 odd pound a month on your products maybe it’s time to go back to herbalife at least my deliveries turned up on time & was never treated like this absolute joke!
I recently gave this company a glowing 5 star review for their ease of ordering and super fast delivery.On opening my parcel a couple of days later I was really disappointed that 1 of my items had an expiry date of end of August. As I am going abroad for a couple of weeks holiday this is not giving me sufficient time to use my product.I contacted My Protein and problem could be easily sorted, send me a replacement or issue message a refund. Instead I’m told they pass it on for investigation. I have sent them the photos of the product so I asked what investigation is needed. 4 days later and still no response. What is the point of your customer service if you can’t solve issues.Really really disappointed now with My Protein and regretting my previous 5 star review for the company.
★☆☆☆☆ – Extremely Disappointed with MyProtein UK and Their Customer ServiceI’ve been a regular customer of MyProtein UK, but after my latest experience, I seriously doubt I’ll ever order from them again. I placed an order worth £107 on Friday of last week, and as of today, it still hasn’t arrived — well beyond the expected delivery date.The most frustrating part isn’t even the delay — it’s the completely unhelpful and rigid customer service, especially during a conversation I had this Saturday morning at 10:20 AM. Despite explaining the situation clearly, I was told they couldn’t change the delivery address, couldn’t use a different courier, and couldn’t upgrade the shipping — basically, they couldn’t do anything to help. Just scripted responses and zero willingness to take ownership or offer a real solution.I’ve now been left waiting far too long for a fairly expensive order with no guarantee that it will even arrive. No effort was made to resolve the issue or retain me as a customer — just generic replies and total indifference.Honestly, if something goes wrong with your order, you’re completely on your own. This is not how you treat paying customers
