My parcel was not delivered they say it…

My parcel was not delivered they say it was because the driver was near my address The picture is not my door it is small package like a Temu one It said it was delivered at 23.25 deliveries are not done at this time I ask to speak to manager no number given My order was 3 bog packs of peanut butter big pack of creatingummies and pair of leggings Asmy protein package comes in their own boxes I order before It like delivery company being believed over me It not my door not my protein package not big enough you don't get delivery at 23.25I think a phone call be best way to soart this out I not been provided with a phone number

Please don't even think about this…

Please don't even think about ordering from this terrible scam company.They used to be so good.After over 10 years of being a loyal customer and spending many thousands of pounds, they rewarded me by scamming me twice on black Friday with the discount and I am also 2 items short in my order i paid for.I am now in a dispute with them over my missing items which they are trying to gaslight me over.I really hate this terrible scam company now and I am going to report them to trading standards and never ever order from them again.You should be ashamed of yourselves My protein

They have sent my order to the wrong…

They have sent my order to the wrong address and regardless of how promptly ive tied to sort it out or the fact that they still haven’t dispatched it 24hrs later they’ve refused to cancel it or change the delivery address. Fuming!

This company uses "bait-and-switch" scams

This company uses "bait-and-switch" or "fake order" scams, where they lure you with a low price, claim non-delivery or an error, and then re-list the item at a much higher price, which is illegal. This happened to me when I put an order in on Amazon on Black Friday. I reordered the item but the price had increased significantly! I am currently waiting for them to get back to me as I've requested a refund for the difference in price.

Don't support this company

Not worth buying from this company.Horrible customer service. Products are okay. But if you have an issue they will run you around in circles. Impossible to get any help or refund with products that have issues.Don't support this company.

My whey protein concentrate tasted Awful

My whey protein concentrate, unflavoured, came tasting sour, clumping and smelling off. I buy from them all the time and never had Horrible taste like this(I've been bodybuilding for over 15 years now), when I reported it to My Protein they just said Our protein is top quality etc, etc and wouldn't even acknowledge my complaint. I always use Bulk Powders now, much better. And My Protein always spamming 'discounts'.

Terrible company

Terrible company, placed an order and it never got dispatched as they said it was sold out even though they never said it was when I payed for it. Tried to tell me the money hasn’t come out of my account when It had and tried getting me to give my card details to there fraud team. Refused and asked for a refund and they told me they couldn’t give me one. Then I mentioned the consumers rights act of 2015 and they issued it.

Honestly believe they’re just scamming people

Left out 1 letter in my email adress which meant I never got a confirmation. I placed a new order after a month of this one never arriving. The second order was (according to customer service) mislabelled so sent to the wrong address. They told me they would send both my orders again, this one appears far to small to contain even half of one of the orders i placed and it has been stuck in «export center» for 5 weeks. Given up hope
