Purchase bike shorts and top for husband for Christmas. All paid including shipping. No items received . Neopro kept sending me back to USPS saying it was delivered . USPS stopped responding to inquiries and neopro just washed their hands of it. Crappy customer service . Too risky to order from a company like this

I bought a cycling jersey using their sizing guidelines. I'm 6', 200lbs. I wear a large in most jerseys. Their sizing guidelines say I should order a size large. They say in the size guidelines they are 'race cut' meaning they are form fitting so I ordered 2 sizes up. I went for a 2xl so it wasn't too tight. When I received it, it was so tight that I couldn't even zip it. I had my 13yo son try it on and it fit him. He's 115lbs, 5'6" tall and fit him!I tried to return it because THEY made the sizing error, not me, but apparently, it is not eligible for return. Basically, money in the garbage. I also ordered a hoodie, 2xl, (same size as the jersey) and it fits like a tent, which is exactly as it should since I ordered it 2 sizes bigger than it should be. This just proves the point that their jersey sizing is way off base. I also bought 2 pairs of shorts. They are billed as being athletic shorts but they have NO stretch of any kind. Not sure how athletic you an be wearing something you can barely sit down in, let alone do squats in. Also, this was not returnable as well. After placing the order on 11/14, the order finally showed up on 11/29, 2 weeks! They have a banner that says "next day processing" which is a lie.

They could probably charge more and have free shipping and a more generous return policy, but I'm happy to get a quality product without subsidizing those extra costs. The icing on the cake for me is that an order from NeoPro was delivered the day my family evacuated the Tampa area before Hurricane Milton. When I returned home I found my mailbox was blown away with the order inside and was never recovered. When I reached out to NeoPro they immediately replaced my order. To me that's above and beyond the norm for customer care.

Really like the brand original, good fit and quality, this has dropped in the last year and the fit is too buggy. The biggest issue amd what burn the bridge is the customer service and the return policy.No money refund option only gift cards which actually you can't use on any of their sales, which is very concerning given its not a discount code.Very disappointed, stay away, save yourself the trouble.
