This company is an absolute joke. I can never recommend this guys. I requested for a viewing and they made me go through all referencing phases before I could be considered to view and got no update from them only to find out the property was already let out.I’m not surprised seeing negative comments here.I don’t think they know what they are doing at all
Absolute shower of excrement company. If you are looking at renting, avoid them if they are the management company.If you are a Landlord, do not let these people manage your property. We reported water coming through the kitchen ceiling 2 years ago, they still haven't fixed the problem. Excrement show of a company. Tenants and Landlords be careful.
Leicester Branch - avoid selling with this estate agent! Rarely answer the phone and don’t arrange appointments when voicemails are left by prospective buyers. I had 2 people arrange appointments through another agent I was also marketing my property with because Newton Fallowell didn’t return their calls. Unsure of branch but I believe the managers name is Zak.
After numerous complaints that didn’t took month to get resolved I have since left the property and am awaiting my deposit. I have heard nothing about the return of my deposit and after contacting the branch on several occasions I keep getting told someone will get back to me, yet I receive no call or email. It has been 24 days since I left my property, so I feel it is an adaquate length of time to have at least received some communication about my deposit.
