They claimed to have protected our deposit with TDS and there aren’t any records to confirm that, asked for the deposit reference number and they don’t have it, contacted TDS and they say that they never received anything from them. It’s been over a month and now they’ve stopped taking our calls.Only thing left to do is sue them and never do business with this poor poor company…it’s a shame that professionals can be thieves too.
We’ve been trying to get our deposit back for the rented property we are in for 2 weeks now, was told it would be last Friday but they were holding the wrong bank details. This weeks excuse is that it’s being held by head office & they are chasing it up 😒. Funny how they can take your deposit immediately however they can’t give it back! This is the Lichfield branch.

We have enquired about rental properties through this estate agents, but they will not even consider you for a viewing unless you submit a full application including your bank details. Having gathered enormous amounts of your personal information, they don't even bother to contact you unless you are successful. Furthermore, they ask for documentation they don't even need (you do not need my passport, driving licence AND birth certificate) so it's virtually impossible to even get past the application form the amount they expect you to give them. It's a completely unreasonable amount of personal information to require just for an enquiry
Have been tenants through the Melton Mowbray office for a while now and have always found Dawn (who does the inspections)to be helpful and understanding, always happy and willing to help where she can, and asks how we are when she comes to do the Inspections required,
I am sitting in my new home, bought through Newton fallowell, Spilsby branch and must say what Lovely staff they have, esspecially Alicia who made our purchase so easy and went out of her way for my daughters to be able to visit the property at a weekend. Would definitely recommend this branch
