What can I say other than just amazing! After the house being on the market with other estate agents for almost 8 months with no interest, Angela and the team swooped in and within one week we had several viewings and a serious offer which we accepted. Following this, Sophie, Caroline and the team took care of everything and helped us navigate through the minefield of legalities and liaisons with other parties. Now happily moved, I can't recommend Newton Fallowell Oadby enough... absolute superstars! 5 stars literally

They requested for confidential information via LetAlliance before viewing and even after giving all this, you don’t hear from them. I really feel uncomfortable 😕, at least update me once you asked all my details before even viewing the property. They not reply for email and over the phone you can only reach them if you selling your property. Avoid this agency

The viewings were handled very efficiently and with minimum need to contact us. We really appreciated that we were kept informed at all stages and had control of what offers we would consider. The house sold within a week! And from beginning to end the whole process took only 2 months. Staff were so courteous and helpful.

Avoid putting your money or your property under the 'management' of Newton Fallowell. This company has mismanaged, manipulated and outright lied to us, the renters and the owners of our home for years. They will smile as they take your £££ and then accuse you of being impolite for observing and mentioning their shady business practices. We have been dealing with this company for more than 3 years...

They steal from tenants

Two stars only because they were quick to send plumbers round when needed, and the staff are pleasant enough. However, that pleasantness ceases the moment you stop renting with them. We asked about our deposit numerous times, and eventually, one month after we left we requested it back through the TDS, which prompted a quick response with a list of reasons why they need our deposit. They try to take for nonsensical things, like a general clean, however checkout photos show a house left in a decent condition and a clean condition. They are trying to take for decoration, when the only issues was one small mark on the stairway wall and some discolouration at the hallway entrance, which is NORMAL when you’ve lived in a property for over three years! I doubt the landlord has even reviewed the checkout report, as far as I’m aware the property had been let to new tenants by the time we requested our deposit, so it’s probably been cleaned already, something you’d expect between tenants anyway. In our entire time there (3 years), we only had ONE inspection, a few months before we left, in which only one issue was given, weed the garden better. Nothing about any of the “reasons” they want our deposit, which I suspect won’t go to the landlord. If you’re a landlord, don’t let through the Lincoln branch, they don’t perform yearly inspections, we had issues with the shower the day we moved in, the pole fell off cutting my hand and revealing black mould, and nothing was sorted because apparently “I’d agreed to the inventory”, which showed nothing about a broken shower and we were forced to do virtual viewings (Covid related). These people are total cowboys, and this is exactly why letting agencies belong in the coldest depths below.

This is by far the worst estate agent…

This is by far the worst estate agent in leicester, don't use them, there is no communication, dont lead by example, no call backs, no feedback from viewing, and your property wont sell, find better agents instead of using these guys, avoid at all cost
