I have just recently sold my house through Newton Fallowell in Coalville and I can not praise Billie enough for her professionalism, attention to detail and speed of response to my enquiries. It was a really difficult decision for me to sell my home as I had so much attachment to it but Billie made it as painfree as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend.
Fantastic service all the way. I was kept up to date all through the Sale. Ella from the Peterborough office made sure I knew what was happening. Every member of staff in the office were really helpful if I had a query. I couldn't ask for more.
We have just purchased our forever home with Elliot at Boston, Lincolnshire. We received excellent customer service, Very professional, excellent communication from all involved, helping the sale run as smoothly as possible.Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They were always there to answer our questions and the answers were back to us the same day. All the staff were very professional, kind & helpful. Moving day went very smoothly and the hand over gift when given the keys was a lovely gesture. We hoping not to have to move again.. but should the need arise we would definitely use Newton fallowell again. Great team. Thank you
Do not use this company - worst estate and lettings agency.Took over Goodchilds in Sutton Coldfield as a lettings management company - have not managed our property correctly, no inventories or check ins. They are meant to set up standing orders with tennants - we have gone months with no rental payment. We have had baylifts around to the property as they have never taken meter readings. Had the locks changed on the property for us which we paid for, did not have a spare set of keys produced. When handed over keys after we uninstructed them - left them in a bush next to their office as they do not even have a key safe, the list goes on.To top it off their customer service is disgusting, they do not get back to you for weeks on end and then come back with no solution or try to help to resolve any issues.Will be reporting to trading standards and the property ombudsman. I do not want anyone else to have to experience what we have.
1 star is to much for this estate agents in Grantham Lincolnshire as spent 6000 on the property and there keeping deposit discussed with the company and would advise for people not to go there I am taking them to court for this as citizens advice have advised scum bags
Terrible. i live under one of their rented propertys. ive had to put up with leaking gutters waste pipes leaking into my garden and now finally rats have got into their roof space and living inside my cielings. complained so many times. They wont do anything
I wouldnt believe a review thats left on the main web page. Must write them all themselves! Had a property with them for over 2years. They never came to do any “maintenance” all cowboy jobs. Not one qualified contractor. If you try tell them about damp theyll either ignore or just wack some paint on it lol! Faulty plug sockets. They just tell you to not use that plug!! What??? Also every little mark or whatever you make in that property, (seems like they forget your actually a human and move about in your property) youll have to pay for. Mold, thats another thing. Theyll make out the poorly sealed windows are your fault and not the cowboys who work for them (yee-haw) so honeslty if your looking for a place to live. Please with abit of sense. Keep looking. Would hate for you to waste your time and money with these
