I really hope the product doesn’t resemble the customer service, absolutely shocking!!!!Ordered over 2 weeks ago and still pending…I’ve now got to wait another 2 business days for answer on when my bike will be built! :-(I’m going to wait 2 days and if it’s not good news Peloton will gain another customer…
Contacted NordicTrack for assistance with my treadmill and they had no idea how to help me. They kept telling me to look in my manual, or to find a video online how to do it. They don’t have any service people to talk to that can help you with your problems. Wanted me to buy parts without even knowing what was wrong with my treadmill and wanted to sell me repair service instead. Can’t believe a company this big and supposedly reputable has the worst service of any product I’ve ever used.
I Bought a conveyor belt T 7.0, version : 1, it worked literally 3 months . Magically after it stopped to work, since it was in warranty I asked them to come to repair . They asked me for photos, after 3 months they came and substitute parts already working resulting in no results at all. The technician assessed that they need to change the computer of the product and assured me that he would do within a week. the same day they send me an email saying that cause “wrong use” of the product they are not responding about the malfunction and they let me with a broken product. For sure they didn’t specify what wrong use . The reality is that they can’t be trusted, they are professional scammers and invite everyone to boycott every product they “produce “. They are a shame for every company that work in this area.
Purchased a treadmill late 2023, the drive belt motor blew in January 2024, it took numerous emails and phone calls to be able to speak to anyone in the first instance. eventually when i did get through to someone they told me i had to send videos and photos of the issue, i did this and never heard back, i called again to be told my issue had been logged and they would be back in touch, over 2 weeks later i had to call again, 30 mins on hold each time before even getting to speak to someone. This time i was told they would only send the part due to our non mainland location and that i had to pay to fit the part myself, after reluctantly agreeing purely to get the machine back up and running, I'm now 4 weeks on and no sign of the part, they aren't responding, this is absolutely shocking aftersales, my advise to anyone thinking of purchasing a nordic track machine is to look elsewhere.
Mine hadn’t done that many mileage on my nordoctrack treadmill only to find so many issues with it. I tried to claim on the warranty but they said I never extended it which I did. Sent them proof and it took over 6 months for someone to come over. Had they sorted this issues sooner we would have come across the next issue sooner as we could not use the treadmill for the 6 months whilst we waited for NordicTrack to fixed it. After they fixed it it was working fine for a bit. We then discovered the deck board was faulty and snapped right down the middle. They refused to assist and claimed it was out of warranty (which technically it was) although it would not have been had they not taken 6 months to fix the first issue. It me £160 for a new deck board and I still had to saw and drill it myself so it would have been cheaper using a ply wardrobe door or something. Anyway, new deck board is made of plywood where the original one was made of MDF, and not even the waterproof MDF 🙈🤦♀️🤷♀️. They obviously know their manufacturing mistake because the new deck board sent was full plywood. When we removed the old deck board we also discovered the guides screwed to the underside of the deck board, for the belt to move smooth, were not in the correct place also and the reason we have a chunk of the belt ripped. Deck board was easy to do but just annoyed with myself as I could have spent £20 not £160. I will never purchase a Nordic track again. In my now opinion, all running machines are the same, they move at different speeds and go up and down at different gradients. I paid the extra because i thought I’d get a better customer services experience but trust me when i say they don’t care.
Bought the top of the line bike in 2020 with extended warranty and have had NOTHING but issues. Repairs off and on since I purchased. Probably around 20 times. Their customer service is the ABSOLUTE WORST! Repair guy said bike is unfixable and I need a new bike and Nordic Track is not doing that. They just keep sending new parts and the bike is never fixed. To say I am fed up is an understatement.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I purchased a Nordic Track Bike. It came in damaged and was sent back. The company never would have bothered to let me know that the bike was on backorder. I had to call and wait on hold for 45 minutes to be told it was backordered. They would not upgrade me to a different bike. I demanded a full refund for bike and IFit. Extremely disappointed in the Company and terrible customer service.
What an absolute rip-off. My wife bought a very expensive bike and was very excited about IFiT. I am a software engineer and I could never get it to connect up and work right. Customer service was completely worthless. Even if you can get it to work the bike is crazy expensive then they want you to pay a $400 a year membership on top? Insane. Run away.
