Lack of responsiveness for dangerous break

I've been very happy with my rower. However, the strap separated in the middle on Friday and I hyperextended my back. I contacted NordicTrack/iFit on Friday and have yet to hear anything from them to get this resolved and repaired. This is unsatisfactory given the price of the rower AND the fact that I have a yearly membership to their App

Cistomer service kaputs…

I have tried to contact Nordic Track several times and I can never get through, get a ridiculous robot and Noone calls back. This the last piece of equipment ill ever buy from them. Customer service is at all time lowest among any company I ever dealt with! Just sad!!! Don't waste your money, go elsewhere, anywhere in fact.

DON'T BUY - warrantee and customer service suck

Strongly recommend you buy a different brand. I bought my NordicTrack 2 years ago and purchased the extended warrantee for 3 years. The fan stopped working a month ago (well within the 3 year time period) and it took 3 days of calling both NordicTrack and the extended warrantee provider to get hold of someone, only to be told that the fan wasn't covered under warrantee (even though the language in the warrantee agreement suggests it does). I am very disappointed in the customer service and lack of standing by their product, which is too bad because the iFit trainers are good and the actual machine would be good if they stood behind it. If you're in the market, pick a brand that has good customer service reviews.

Biggest frustration, waste of time space and money

If I could, I’d give this a 0 or negative star for all of the frustration it has caused. If you want to pay a ridiculous amount of money for a useless piece of equipment, then buy a Nordic track treadmill. 9.5 times out of 10 it won’t connect to the wifi (but they’ll for sure keep charging you the $400+ for the iFit function). When you call to disable iFit subscription, your treadmill will no longer work even in manual mode despite what they’ll tell you. Biggest waste of money and piece of junk.

Their support is awful. Repeat, awful. You'll be dealing with a cheap version of chat gp. RUN! Never again.

I purchased a Noritrak treadmill

I purchased a Noritrak treadmill, model 2450 a year and a half ago. It has had light use. It has been making a horrible grinding noise during incline and decline. I called Norditraks tech service and they told me that I need to pay them $159 up front and they can send a tech out to LOOK at it. Once they determine the issue, they will order a.part and then charge me another $115 to come back out and replace the part. This will take approximately 3-5 weeks. IMO their customer service is horrible. I would shop all options before purchasing from Norditrak.

Ifit after sales are terrible

Ifit after sales are terrible! You fill all the forms out online with pictures of a broken wheel. They take 2 weeks to respond and ask for the same information again! Then another 2 weeks to respond asking what the problem is! Tell them for the third time. And guess what another 2 weeks to respond asking the same questions again? Didn’t bother going any further!

NordicTrack T 7.5 S treadmill is a keeper.

I purchased a NordicTrack ski exerciser machine in 1993 and used it regularly for 10 years. I transitioned over to another brand treadmill which lasted until January, 2024. I then went back to NordicTrack, purchasing a T 7.5 S, which I use on an every other day basis. It had a number of advanced features through iFit, although I simply set an incline and a speed and walk 2.5 miles as my workout. It has performed flawlessly for the 10 months that I have been using it, and I appreciate the history log of my exercise sessions. My experience with NordicTrack over quite a number of years has been excellent.

after 1 year the incline stopped…

after 1 year the incline stopped working. trying to deal with the company was a nightmare. So I have a 1year old treadmill that I can't use. Do not let your labor warranty lapse! Was told that it would cost about $800.00 to fly someone to where I live to look at it. No technicians in my area.

We love our treadmill and iFit! It has been life changing!Definitely was worth going with the bigger treadmill that has a longer footpath since my husband is on the taller side. Highly recommend Nordictrack!
