The value of my Nordic exercise bike

This time last year I was waiting for knee replacement surgery, but as part of preparing for it I needed to exercise and build up the muscles. My Nordy (my nickname for it) arrived in time for that to happen. Within just a few days of using it, my muscles improved so much that doing the exercises they gave me to do were pointless. I just worked using Nordy, and after the chop, once I was able to it truly use it, it speeded up the recovery process as well.

Generally treadmill perfect

Generally treadmill perfect. Only one issue, it is can not connect through Wi-Fi. And can't detect flash drive.

The treadmill I bought had the tablet…

The treadmill I bought had the tablet freeze up, rendering it unusable. The speaker on the treadmill has comically bad sound.Simply put, this was not worth the money.It sits in our spare bedroom collecting dust. I stand by this review. Sorry Nordic track, you’ve got to do better.

FINANCE IS A SCAM

Applied for financing of this $3000.00+ machine that was approved and delivered shortly after. No bill was ever sent to my home. I contacted Norditrack about 3 weeks after delivery worried about being late, who then sent me to TD Bank. I enrolled in automatic payments, (that they later acknowledged). 2 weeks later they called and told me I was 30 days late and charged me a fee and put a late on my credit report. I paid over the phone because it wouldn't be completely set up until I made 1 payment. I was furious but didn't know what to do. 30 days later they attempted to do it again. TD Bank and Nordictrack are not to be trusted!

The saga of the Incline treadmill that doesn't Incline

History:7/4/23 Nordictrack Commercial X32i $5,0007/25/23 Delivered and setup - Incline nonresponsive - treadmill sitting at negative incline7/26/23 Part Order 7/28/23 Part Order - technician visit 08/9/238/10/23 Part Order - technician visit 8/17/238/18/23 Part Order- technician visit 8/29/239/07/23 Part Order - technician visit 9/18/239/26/23 Part Order - technician visit 10/9/2311/1/23 Technician visit to take photos of wiring (even though he had already submitted several videos)Incline still unresponsive, Each call to customer service gives you a different person who then must read the history (20 minute) while you are on hold then comes back to tell you the case is under review and to call back in 48 hours....again....and again.Called 11/9/23 & 11/16/23 to hear them say they will submit a form to the resolution department. In other words, no resolution.

This is the worst company to have to…

This is the worst company to have to deal with. Beware do not buy from them. I bought an elliptical bike and in three months it stopped working. They will not send out a technician until they send you a power cord. After three months something that breaks like that they should at least send out a technician especially when I bought the extended warranty. Do not buy from this company.

If i can leave zero for the star i…

If i can leave zero for the star i would please don’t ever purchase any equipment from Nordictrack. I spent an 1 hour and 6 six minutes on a call with them to explain the counsel suddenly went blank with a blue screen popped up stating to reboot and nothing worked I tried to reset didn’t work. They told me I would have to purchase the tablet which is 497.00 dollars we have used our elliptical a handful of times and the tablet went out. Makes zero sense, also I was told by a supervisor after stating I must have received a defective unit how did the tablet go out already after 4 times of use, he stated in turn lack of use that was comical!!! Please buyer beware they did nothing to help i was transferred 3 times and nothing these individuals don’t speak English imagine my frustration!!! Awful experience never again!!!!

Worst service ever!! Zero stars

Worst service ever!!! I have been fighting with Nordictrack since July over my commercial 2450. It took weeks for the technician to come out . I’m just over a year so I had to pay $160 but parts were covered. They found glass in the motor . The tech assured me it came this way because he could tell the motor cover has never been opened. Took pictures and ordered parts so I thought. Three weeks went by and nothing … so after finally being able to connect with someone the parts were never ordered. They said it was my responsibility to order the parts. Waited another week for parts to come and another three weeks for tech to come out and I had to pay again . Tread still squeaked so loud , he needed to order more parts . Another week went by and the parts were not ordered . I call today and they said my warranty was canceled due to negligence ?? How can this be ? I’m currently waiting to hear back from the supervisor who cancelled my warranty . I’m beyond frustrated and so upset I’m paying a machine that we can’t use.

Terrible warranty and broken tread

We bought the new commercial 2450 in December 2022 but we’re not able to set up until mid to end of january 2023. Right away we had problems with it, ranging from incline not working to creaking and loose tread belt to the whole machine just turning off mid run. Our first call to warranty was early February 2023. Since then, we have had EVERY SINGLE piece replaced down to the wires and all. The machine still does not work and the technician witnessed and told Nordic track about this. The next step was to have a replacement sent. To our surprise, Nordic track said they need the technician to be sent out AGAIN for “more information.” They will not admit they gave us a lemon and they will not replace it. We are still paying for this product and we even purchased the 3 year ifit subscription upfront and are unable to get a refund. This company will do everything in its power to make sure your broken treadmill does not get replaced or refunded and still make you pay for the whole thing. This has been about 8-9 months of having a broken treadmill. I would not purchase from Nordic track or ifit again.

The belt on my treadmill shifted to the…

The belt on my treadmill shifted to the left. I followed the instructions in the manual. Now it's stuck too far to the right and the belt isn't moving back. I went to nordictrackservice.com as directed in my manual. That site moved me to ifit. The bot isn't programed to deal with this problem. I requested to contact them with the problem. The site requested the product number. I gave it according to myuser's manual. The site keeps deleting the numbers I put in and asking for the product number. I can't get past that part so I'm not even able to ask for service. Very frustrating that they don't provide information to get service on their products. Now the treadmill is not able to be used.
