Would give 0 stars if possible

Would give 0 stars if possible. Bought a treadmill 7/2022. Came broken, had to wait for a new console to be shipped and replaced. Fast forward a year and the tablet needed to be replaced. Once the warranty is up and it breaks again, I will take it to the junk yard. Worst quality. Equipment is garbage. DO NOT BUY!!

Don't waste your time

1) I received a faulty item. Nordictrack wanted to me to try to fix it. That's ridiculous.2) I received the faulty cycle on 6th July - their first attempt to engage this issue was 7 weeks after delivery. Third world governments respond faster than this.3) They started the warranty period for 30 April. When in fact I received the cycle in July. How does that make sense?

$2500 Worth of Scrap Metal

Purchased a Nordictrack Commercial 14.9 elliptical in December 2021. In the summer of 2022 one of the ellipses broke and had to be replaced. Even though I had purchased the extended warranty (from UTS) which covered labor I was told since the manufacturers warranty was still in effect the labor was my responsibility. We live in rural area and handymen are hard to find. I finally find someone to repair which cost me $100 out of pocket. So 2 months later it breaks again. I call am told the part would be shipped and there would be contact info for a tech. I get the part, but there's no contact info. I call and they don't have a tech for my area and to call back in 30 days. I call back in 30 days and still no tech but they'll reimburse up to $150. I have the guy who previously repaired come by and he says this is probably 4 hours at $100/hr. I call again and am told the manufacturers warranty allows for up to $250. I explain, that's not $400 and was basically told that's all we can offer. I try to find other folks to repair with no luck. I call back to today am told the $250 is no longer available because the manufacturers warranty is up. The extended warranty folks then give the option of we'll pay $150 or refund the extended warranty. Never again with either of these

My new treadmill has stopped working…

My new treadmill has stopped working after 2 months, Call for warranty help. After 20 mins of talking to customer service. They would not dispatch a technician to my home.They insisted on “trouble shooting” with an email from there electronics department. As of 5 days ago still not received a call back from that department.Buying this treadmill is one of my biggest regrets.

Buy from another company

The Ifit had to be replaced right away and is now broke again. They want 300 to replace it. In the meantime, the Ifit subscription is $400 a year, which has been paid but can not be accessed.Spent two different times on the phone with customer service at approximately one hour per call, with no resolution. In my opinion, money and time wasted. Buy from a company who cares.

I bought the NordicTrack C7.5…

I bought the NordicTrack C7.5 Elliptical cross trainer in Sep 2020 for £899. I didn’t use it until the December that year as we moved house. Last year only a few weeks after the two year warranty ended the central bar that increases the incline severed completely off. I contacted NordicTrack and they said they couldn’t help me because it was out of warranty and I wasn’t able to buy that part separately. So that has never been fixed and I have used it without the incline. Last weekend while I was on the cross trainer the left side (where your door is on the step) completely severed off. This caused the plastic disc to fly off the side of the flywheel and I fell off. I was very lucky I did not break my ankle. I am so disappointed with this machine, NordicTrack are meant to be a high end brand but my Reebok treadmill has been more reliable and I paid a third of the price for that. It is not even three years old and I now need to buy a new one as I do not feel comfortable with trying to get someone to weld it back together and I no longer trust it. I treated myself to this after the pandemic so I am really disappointed.

Brand new S27I

Just received my brand new S27I ordered directly from NordicTrack website. Received what appears to be version 1, with the front placed water bottle holder and weights. Didn't realize until after unboxing and starting to assemble and was looking for the rear seat weight holder... On its face, this appears to be a Bait-And-Switch scheme. Returning the bike would cost almost $500.00. ($250 non-refundable shipping + 10percent restocking fee). The product clearly doesn't represent the item configuration purchased. There may be other differences in the bike versions as well... Some review sites indicate that the rear motor is quieter on version 2... Can't tell just by looking though... The company needs to correct the delivery issue, or clearly state which version of the bike being purchased.After on-line research, discovered that there are at least 2 configurations of the S27I being delivered at random to customers. One with the model number ending with a ".1" and the other ending with a".2"Update (08/14/2023)Spoke with Service dept and was advised that they WOULD NOT replace the S27i with the configuration that I purchased, but would compensate me by offering me $100 refund (on a $2,400 purchase). Stated that they couldn't control which bike would be delivered from the warehouse even it they were to agree to send another bike.Bottom line - Don't accept delivery unless the version number on the shipping label (located on the side of the box) contains ".2" at the end not ".1". Obviously, the warehouse person could verify this prior to delivery, but apparently, it's too much to ask for. Or better yet, DON'T BUY from a company that doesn't value there customer

Totally unreliable

Totally unreliable. Purchased the Commercial 1750 treadmill. Can't even pay them to return it. Broke 3 times in 2 years and the extended warranty is useless. Customer service is useless as well. Buyer be aware.

I bought a 2950 Treadmill last February…

I bought a 2950 Treadmill last February 2022. In July 15th of this year it started making a whining noise and the walking belt kept stalling. On investigation I discovered the walking platform was split. I reported to support who ordered the part but seem unable to provide any idea of when the part will be delivered. Following a few email exchanges I was told on the 27th of July the part was on it’s way on pallet being shipped over. I’ve heard nothing since, even though I requested an update on 4th Aug. First NordicTrack product I’ve purchased. My previous treadmill lasted 20 years without a single defect. Very disappointed with the treadmill and also customer service.

I have had a treadmill by Nordic Track…

I have had a treadmill by Nordic Track for a few years now. This is the third time that an update has broken the treadmill. Each time, I have had this issue, the support team has been unable to fix the problem, and I have been left alone to go through forums to find solutions. Luckily it has always been software issues and I am somewhat tech savvy, however I am unable to figure out how to solve my issues with this last update, so this treadmill is probably dead - and has only lasted a few years - without paying for expensive replacement equipment. Nordic Track uses a cheap tablet and forces you to use iFIT to start your treadmill, even through manual modes, and a lot of the issues seem to be with the iFIT software. I would stay away from Nordic Track (and the dozens of other brands that use iFIT). A simple google search of Nordic Track issues or iFIT issues will reveal that this is an extremely common issue with Nordic Track equipment.
