Feedback left of behalf of a relative. "Service claims that all items undergo inspection before dispatch, I find it hard to believe given the numerous flaws present in the trainers I received. These flaws include but not limited to:-A damaged box.-A blue pen mark on the sole of the right trainer.-Excessive glue residue on both trainers.-A defect on the rim of the left trainer.-Marks on the bottom of the trainers that suggest prior usage.Generic email received telling me to return the item but the fine print states there is a cost of £2.50 whichis deducted from your refund!!!That is shocking to consider they sent me trainer's with multiple flaws.Same issue happened with office who i now know are the parent company. So thats 3 items purchased with 2 arriving in a poor state. Thats unacceptable."
I ordered & paid for 2 pairs of trainers. Offspring sent 1 pair. I told Offspring and they said they’ll send 2nd pair 9 days ago. Still No trainers.So I spoke to their delivery company YODEL. The last update on my delivery was 9 days ago. It said their delivery driver had them but had run into some kind of delay delivering that day. 7 days later I contacted yodel again who insisted on me telling them what was INSIDE the parcel and then said they can’t find the parcel. Yodel asked ‘me’ to inform Offspring of this fact. Words aren’t enough. Offspring still have my money after 2 tries to get my vanishing trainers. Yodel are mad or just steal.Update: I have responded to Offspring’s attached request for original order number and more info. I will update again. No response yet. Second update:Offspring contacted me and organised a refund for my missing trainers. I received it within 3 days of them contacting me. They also offered a 15% voucher for future online orders. This voucher is a token of good will and apology I appreciate even though the original order didn’t turn up twice. Customer service is everything when a regular with a brand of store/goods.Interestingly, I’ve been to two Offspring street stores in the last 2 weeks. The staff were friendly, helpful and lovely. They couldn’t do enough for you. Especially in the Selfridges, London branch. I’d love to see the same organised ‘safe’ helpful service online. Maybe change your delivery company?Thanks for the refund Offspring and for the voucher. 👈🏻
First experience buying from this company so thought I’d leave a review as I there are so many 1 star reviews I was a little worried I had thrown my money away!The trainers arrived 2 days after the initial order, delivered by Yodel. They were double boxed and the actual trainer box was in mint condition as were the trainers. So, as you can see, my own personal experience has been faultless and on the basis of that I will use Offspring again for sure.
My visit to Offspring shoe shop was marred by an extremely distressing incident involving a staff member, specifically the skinny one with glasses, who displayed aggressive and violent behavior towards me. This unacceptable conduct goes beyond mere rudeness and has prompted me to report the full details of the incident to the head office for immediate action. Such behavior should not be tolerated and must be addressed to ensure it does not happen again.
Received my order 6 weeks ago, shoes came with damage on them with what looked like glue trying to cover it up.Returned the shoes for an exchange or refund I really didn’t mind however, 5 weeks have gone by and I’ve heard nothing despite emailing them once a week. Will never order online again from these guys
