Review Time
Coming here to share the awful experience I’ve had with offspring this week. I ordered a pair of trainers and for my surprise when I opened the shoe box I found some random pair of sandals. Contacted them via Facebook and Twitter to receive the response of ‘we can’t refund you’ as this didn’t come out of our warehouse. Please stay away from this company, there are so many bad reviews already and if you go to Twitter they are scamming more people as well. Clearly they are swapping shoes or the company they used which in this case is Yodel. No solution, stuck with a pair of sandals(which they don’t even sell them on their website) but apparently it’s my fault. I have shared on my social media and many more people have raised the same problems they had with them.
Awful experience. I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks which were clearly worn. I contacted someone from customer services it took them 7 days to come back to me with a “free” label and apologised profusely for the inconvenience. I returned the item and lo and behold they have charged me for the postage fee. I have emailed them again but it will probably take 7 days again. I want that money refund as you’ve sent me a defective item. I will never purchase from this company again.
Absolutely awful service, unfortunately the delivery company they use, Yodel are unreliable and give false information. My order has been marked as received at the delivery address, drop off point, however i have been there twice and there is no parcel. The same week an Office order, who also use Yodel, was stolen/mislaid, same thing showing as ready for collection, however no parcel. I have contacted Yodel who give different information each time, on route, driver could not find the location, parcel ready for collection etc etc. No customer service telephone number to chase this up, emailed customer services, no reply. Would never order again from Offspring or Office. Order number W67452345
Horrendous customer service. Long story short Yodel have lost my parcel but Offspring can't refund me as apparently I have to get my money back through my credit card company as it's over 10 days according to their t&c's! Well of course it's over 10 days since dispatch because Yodel have lied over and over again as to the where abouts of my parcel! I have wasted so much of my time waiting for this parcel and £88 is a lot of money to me. I don't see why I should be made to go through the credit card company when it's not my fault. As a first time customer you'd think Offspring would be bending over backwards to keep my custom. Please don't ever use Offspring, the worst service I've ever received. Scammers!
Poor and slow customer service. Received a pair of trainers that look they they have been worn. Customer service took 5 days to get back to me. I wanted to swap them but I was not given this option in the first email. Then waited another 4 days for a reply to me email. 9 days waiting is not good enough. Very poor.
I would like to buy a shoes which has no indication wether their are men's or women's. I assumed they are unisex, but wanted to check with customer service, because even if they are unisex "Which size do I need if I am woman size 5". That was my literal question. They responded in 2 days (I was holding the phone in my hands) saying they are unisex, the same second I tried to ask a question, but they already finished the conversation. Seriously? :) I treat people I don't like with more respect and empathy, I am your potential customer! And here we are again )) By reading the comment they left under this post we can understand again that no one is reading our messages and trying to understand the point of it. They also responded via email the same thing. They don’t understand that men’s and women’s sizes are not the same and that knowing unisex doesn’t help a female customer to identify which size she needs to buy. And they sell shoes ))
