Non-existent after sales support

My heart sank coming onto here to leave a review... I'm afraid my story is the same as many others..I cracked by OnePlus 11 screen and seeking a repair is almost impossible. They also quoted me £330, which is criminal.

Worst performance when u play a game

Worst performance when u play a game. The phone dosent connect to Internet fast and the game lags so much. Please back off from BGMS and let the gamers show their real talent in IPhone.I suggest who ever wants to play games even candy crush don’t buy this phone.

My blue tooth connection on my Oneplus…

My blue tooth connection on my Oneplus Nord work just fine for quite some time. Then, after a big update last year, it became terrible. Been in touch several times with the company, been promised a resolution, first an update. And now a month ago (after I have connected a government consumer rights organization), Oneplus got in touch with me again and promised to resolve this matter. At first it seemed positive, I was promised they would get back to me in a few days to solve the issue, but they did not bother to follow up. This company is unreliable and not serious.

One Plus website is one of the worst Electronics website

First of all i have submitted my device One plus 8T on 10 August 2023 as it got green lines company gave 2 choices either free screen replacement or a discount voucher worth half the price of the device when bought but at the time there were no spare parts available so i took the Rs 20000 voucher and then the voucher took approval and it got delivered in my email inbox on 12 August 2023 ,then i booked my one plus 11R and i can book only from one plus website or its app,i booked at the same time and day 12 August 2023.One plus claims that shippment of their product happens in about 2 days of booking but my shippment took 4 days and it shipped on 16 August 2023 and before that i called customer support many times from another phone i borrowed from my friend as i didnt had any mobile since 10 August 2023 and customer support always told me they are talking to their team your product will be delivered ASAP and they only postponed the date of shippment,and you will be surprised what they said,they said your voucher is getting approved and that took 4 days means from 10 August-12 August(2 days) it got approved initially and i received on my email and even after that 12 August-16 August they took another 4 days so in total 6 days approval and then there was the shippment but still after product shippment on 16 August product is still on ETA 18 August from Bluedart so if you count its already 8 days iam without my device and even after all this blue dart says there is a network delay this is the situation of one of the biggest company in android Smartphone especially in India , you all know even a day is hard to spent without mobile phone even more hard for those who go for a job and i was one of them.There is one famous dialouge from Damini bollywood movie of sunny deol as a lawyer i dont know if you guys know but it goes like"Tarikh pe tarikh,tarikh pe tarikh milti rhi h par insaaf nhi mila" thats it guys and please if there is same price of the product on amazon as well as One plus website then go for Amazon its way better i got my TV replaced after it was defective and got full refund next day thats not gonna happen on one plus.Whats more they just dont help you with replacement at all they will just postpone the dates and you will suffer the consequence.

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent phone service experience. I've had several issues with my device in the last few weeks, ranging from frequent signal drops to unresponsive touch screen blue/green multiple line issues. As a One plus customer for over 2 years now, I have come to expect a certain level of quality and dependability from your products and services. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me disappointed. I was given a voucher, but I am extremely dissatisfied with your service and product. Never expected one plus products to be defective. Anyway, I'm also writing to inform you that the ground reality that I observed yesterday, and I mean mann, you guys have lost the majority of your customers and will lose many more in the coming days. Everyone I met at the store was disappointed and heartbroken, knowing that someone, such as One Plus, had cheated them by not replacing their phones for no fault of their own.This would be my final one plus phone purchase. This was not expected from you, One Plus. We loved you, which is why we stuck by you even when phones like the iPhone tempted us. Unfortunately, your product was not up to par, and neither was your solution of providing us with a cheap voucher instead of replacing our phones for the same amount we paid for them.Thank you, but no thanks...

Faulty products, impossible to get a replaceu

Bought a 10T in June. The charger broke in July. The after sales support is non existent. It's almost impossible to get any clear communication, or even a response. The one time I did manage to get a response, they told me I had to take three complicated, and impossible videos, to prove the charger isn't working. My advice, stay away and buy from a more reputable company***Since I can't reply to your response, I'll write it here. The charger that came with my phone has a USB C connection on both ends. Since most other phone chargers are USB A to USB C it is not possible for me to make a video with a different charger, and provide all of the proof you're demanding. I've tried explaining this multiple times, but was ignored and my case was closed.

Refund not issued

I returned an item for a refund, the item has been inspected and a refund approved, that was on 12th July, I have yet to receive the refund and have no item.The customer support seem powerless.Do not buy from the oneplus website

Death of OnePlus brand.

I've been a OnePlus customer since 2016, and right now, I truly regret it. I've bought OnePlus phones three times, including the OnePlus 7 Pro. My current phone has a Pink line screen damage. The service center told me to come the next day for a free replacement because they had stock.When I got there, they said there was no stock and sent me to another store. I got really irritated. I spent 3 hours traveling already. I went to the next store, which was 1 hour away. After they looked at my phone for 4 hours, they suddenly said I wasn't eligible for a free replacement because my phone had been serviced before. But the only time I got it serviced was at an authorized OnePlus center for a FrontCam replacement. They've wasted my whole day and gone back on their word.

Dire support....

The products themselves are ok when they are working but the repair service is so dire it's certainly a brand to avoid.
