Terrible. Unbelievably awful customer service. Still awaiting promised refund for nearly three months. Do not buy. Impossible to put right. Customer services have no teeth and fob you off. Also slightly rude and patronising. Bank now involved..... The most awful experience with a company in my whole life. Return my money Oneplus.One week later..... Still awaiting much promised refund.... 😡Still... Bank now involved....20.08.23. So promised refund on here within a week on 9th August. Guess what??? Yes! Still no refund. It's beyond belief! Please people do not be tempted to put yourself through this, your mental health will be seriously damaged22nd August. No communication to me to explain this "difficulty". Senior team promised refund within week. 12 days now. Still no refund......Update 25th August. Now been informed that apparently the paperwork for the return was not done correctly by the returns depot. They acknowledge receipt of return but seem unable currently to return my money because they messed up the paperwork...... Speechless......11th September.... Still waiting for "processed refund"....12th September. Querying whereabouts of promised refund, I have now been told that, despite saying It was on its way and I would have it by now, the same person is telling me there is an issue with the payment team which last week she told me had been sorted. At no point has anyone told me what this supposed issue is and they continue to be vague and waffle. It makes me wonder now if they are about to go bust. They certainly deserve to.
The phone itself is ok, but the customer service I received from the store itself was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a One+ 10T 5G in Jade Green. It took me an hour to jump through the hoops on trying to place the order, since the website kept routing me to a student discount website. When I was finally able to place the order, I was told they only have the Moonstone Black, and that there was a glitch on the website that was making people think they had the green one when they did not. I talked to someone two days later because I had gotten a notification that my phone was arriving today. I called into work so that I could sign for the parcel. I talked to another CSR, and he said that it was not going to come today, despite the website saying so. I asked him for a tracking number and he provided a FedEx code out of thin air, which was NOWHERE on my portal (why isn't this just always given to the customer?). I paid $9.99 for priority shipping, and the CSR told me that it "might" not even come on Friday, and that I would be refunded the priority if it did not. The refund is just a given at that point, but why supply a priority option if it's going to come in the same amount of time as the free option? If I was ok with waiting for it to come in the free amount of time, I would've selected that. Overall, horrible customer service, and the website is just FULL OF LIES. At no point did the CSR attempt to help me at all, he just kept saying "it'll get there when it gets there".
I am totally appalled, disappointed would be an understatement.This is coming from one of your former fans OnePlus.I'm in August 2023 now with my OnePlus 7 Pro 5g still stuck on Android 10 version with no updates available after going back and forth, multiple times.I will soon not be able to fully use my device due to software limitation and lack of interest from OnePlus as some newer apps require android 11+.I've got this brilliant device, 8gb ram, 855 snapdragon and 256gb Storage!!! Better specs than most things coming out today with android 12 built in.It's a shame OnePlus, you sh"#t on your customers and fans, seen similar situations all round on internet.For me, this is just the beginning, I will take this to my blog, on Facebook and anywhere else I can think of to let everyone know how you've treated us!Late edit:Tried below and nothing, I've got OP 7 Pro 5G Eu.
I have got 10T 12+256 model. It has been 9 months since I got the mobile phone. I met Ms.preeti staff at your vashi store. There is a problem with the cable. So the old cable is being kept to give a new cable for that. So what will I benefit from waiting for 8 days. I would rather purchase a new one. And I am one plus model cha regular customer. If your staff is making arguments... third class service is from one plus store.. from here on I request my friends. Do not purchase one plus phone. Very dirty service. Edit 1: so I went to OnePlus chat twice. First agent tried their best to help I think but overall they were slightly rude and took too long to respond and were definitely not empathetic enough to my situation. The 2nd agent solved the issue in about 2mins. Overall not the chat agents fault but I've not received enough communication regarding the order and delivery from OnePlus itself. The issue seems to be I was sent two different order numbers and of course the one provided the first chat agent was incorrect. How she couldn't see on the system with my details that there seemed to be two different orders and one was cancelled is beyond me! But being told to stay calm when you've only said you're frustrated and annoyed with seeing your order cancelled over a week from ordering and with payment taken....is really not good service. The phone then arrived the next day and I'm impressed with it. Overall the ordering experience was not positive and the chat support agents could do with some training on empathy and pro active assistance.
Most bad servicing from one plus if any one ask me for this brand i will never suggest such a poor brand to any one & anyone can thinking to buy from this brand i will tell them wrost reality of this brand🤬🤬🤬🤬2 They contact us and I am telling them my problem about TV, but after that they cancelling my request andReason is that they say contact problem
I purchased a set of earbuds that worked for about 2 weeks, I have now been attempting to break through the wall of stupid known as oneplus customer support.I sent my fault earbuds to them after wasting about a week of them ignoring me and have now been waiting 3 weeks for them to send my replacement.Their Live chat agents cannot provide any useful information, and my only remedy is likely to be a chargeback.To compare I had to return a set of faulty Jabra buds a couple months ago and the time from support ticket opening to replacement was 4 days.oneplus are just utterly incompetent.
Purchased many OnePlus phones and also OnePlus pad with keyboard recently purchased OnePlus pro 2 buds and have had a problem with the foam tips have contacted OnePlus UK and they are not prepared to sell me replacements shouldn't sell if not prepared to sell replacementsRegards Peter gorinI have read the reply from OnePlus which I found a little confusing l have had a pair of bang and Olufsen earbuds for a number of years and they needed replacing l purchased the OnePlus pro 2 buds because I felt that they were a reasonable replacement however the problem l had with the foam tips and the whole experience with the OnePlus customer service has been woeful l decided to purchase the bang and Olufsen beoplay ex which I have found excellent when I come to replace my OnePlus 10 pro phone later in the year I will look elsewhereRegards Peter
My nord 2 recently started overheating like a herd.Everytime i use it for a little longer time it heats up and and i have to put it down to not experience an explode in my hands. The cause is probably Android 13/12, so I did a factory reset to delete Android 13 but it didnt deleted it at all.I tried to downgrade to Android 11 but I cant!
