Review Time
I have been having issues with my phone for over three months now, and they have failed to come up with any solution. I have been using an old phone for three months. They will not give any suggestion for a solution, and if they do, they will come back to it a week later, saying the solution is no longer an option. All but false promises, fake politeness and horrible customer service. I'm hoping for a refund now, but even that seems impossible.
One month and still waiting....... I bought my OnePlus ears pods and due to manufacturing defect, i applied for replacement. Now it's more than one and half months, I haven't received neither replacement nor refund. I m so frustrated. Such a big company with such worst service. I m only getting false promises of replacement or refund. Will never ever buy OnePlus product
I have a oneplus nord mobile which I became used to as isnt quite so user friendly but had extra storage. So thought ok will try the Tab. The major problems centre around a couple of areas: the screen was super sensitive to touch to the point where it was unusable even when I eventually found some settings to change. No startup leaflet in the box to help. But really the major issue was the disorganisation with OnePlus Company. It seems super disorganised and casual. Organising a refund has been a nightmare. Each time I rang up to find out what was happening a different excuse was used. I said in the end 'have you lost it?' They wanted me to prove they received it but I had proof from the mail service - it was getting silly. Eventually after a lot of phone calls I was able to contact a different company that does their repairs and found a really helpful woman who discovered it had been sitting in logistics for ages instead of progressing to the service dept. Oneplus were completely uninterested in doing this research. When 449£ is involved thats just not good enough. I would not buy from them again.
If you are looking for a mobile. Purchase any china phone but not one plus. They don't fulfil their promises as they do at the time when they sell their phones. I would would like to request to trustpilot team that can we leave our comments without giving stars? I wasted one star here.
Phone never received police reports etc all in said they would resend but never did. Ended up asking for a credit got it quickly but it took 21 days. Customer service is nothing like when I started with the company. Love the previous phones; such a bummer.
I was once a big OnePlus fan and I have continuesly bought my new phones from OnePlus, the most recent phone I bought was OP 10 Pro.But I will probably never buy a OP phone again.Android Auto has not been functioning properly for a long time now, and it seems OnePlus is completely disregarding the fact that ALOT of users is missing this feature. I have Android Auto installed, I have a brand new car with Android Auto from the factory, my phone is completely up to date in all regards, but Android Auto still can't connect to my car, it simply can't find my car, I tried every trick in the book, I tried using a cable, I tried using wireless, I tried changing to MTP. Nothing works at all and I'm sick of it. There has been numerous post on the OP forum about this issue, but developers just doesn't seem to care. Apparently pumping out new phones at a higher cost is more important then actually making sure the devices they already have is working as they should.
I am currently in a handicapped state with my legs having 80% disability since last 5 months. My earlier phone got damaged and so I bought one plus phone. I saw a small scratch the same day. I called up their store they said I need to go to their service centre. But due to my state I was not in a position to go. I emailed it to their CEO @ vikas at oneplus dot com. after repeated emails I got a email from one Ms Farheen. She wanted me to go click pictures but I had only one phone at my place. She wanted me to go out and request someone to click pictures. The recording quality of the phone is also very bad. If you record someone's call, the voice is very low. My friends who bought the phone before be started facing slow charging issue than what was promised. There were many calls that were blocked automatically. OnePlus calls were also getting blocked. After 45 days of rigorous follow up Ms Farheen turned up again with a rhetoric to share the images. I regret investing Rs 20000 of my money. Please take all the written assurances before buying a phone of one plus.
Wouldn't give them one star if it allowed me. Email them and just get one reply. Reply to that and no response afterward apart from an automated reply. Not resolved any issues I have with them. Maybe they might read this and sort it out.Edit.The issue is regarding a refund for order no.E3121111950591355358. Supposed to have been sorted on 17/09/23. Email says 1-7 business day. Email 18/09/23 now 14 days. Email 02/10/23 now 30 days to pay into my acc. Also spoke to a customer service adviser who said it's been paid and probably an issue with my bank and to contact them. Refund order RO2023091716253152310020 Case id of last email 230930-000138And once again lack of customer service. No reply. Shocking 10/10 23
