Well I ve been fighting with them for 3 monts to replace or fix my defective Device that I purchased from them.They have been giving me excuses and buying time till their 15 day warranty expires.Never buy their products.I m filing complaint to the business bureau BBB!

I'd give OnePlus less than one star

I'd give OnePlus less than one star. 10 Pro returned by Royal Mail as undelivered November 28th. On December 5th via live chat I was told that my refund was being processed and I'd receive the details within 24 hours. Still nothing.

Worst support ever - Stay away from OnePlus

Bought a new phone by using trade-in program my old phone on Black Friday and since then I haven´t received my shipping labels for my old phone to send it back to OnePlus.When I approach the support, you will see how a customer should not be treated for over a shipping labels to wait more than 10 DAYS FOR SIMPLE PIECE OF PAPER and without any update. Everyday I opened the chat for asking a response or feedback and only answer you get "wait 24 or 48 hours". I am returning my phone back and never use OnePlus again. Please go and find a company who has better Customer Support. OnePlus is not one of them.

I have been a loyal customer for many years, and the company has turned into a sham. I was sent an expired promotion multiple times, and was advised the situation would be escalated and sorted out. No senior member of staff has reached out, it's like going in circles where no one takes ownership and passes the responsibility to the next agent. The company used to be reliable and would offer resolutions fast but now it's an impossible task. Disgusted with how such a promising company has fallen by the wayside, prioritizing profit margins over customer service. Case id 221209-000837

Horrible service or business fraud??

I have never been more frustrated with a company than I am right now. Just like NoName's experience yesterday, I ordered a new 9 pro phone in November, intending to trade in my used 7t for $195 and receive a $50 bonus. But they've sent me the same email 6 times with a DOWNLOAD LABEL button that has no hyperlink in it. I've talked with 2 agents by phone and 5 agents via email. Everyone tells me I must wait for 3-5 business days to receive a response, but that was 3 weeks now. I've been told twice my case has been "escalated" which apparently means nothing. Yesterday 1+ emailed to say I had failed to send my phone so they CANCELLED MY TRADE IN AND CHARGED MY VISA A $50 PENALTY!!! This is looking more like fraud than bad customer service. I'm out $245 from them because no one can manage sending a hyperlink to get a label to return my phone. I'm researching how to file a complaint with the US Attorney General's office.SO 1+ responded by posting the comment below. They told me to click on a hyperlink that goes straight to the customer service page on their website - exactly where I started 3 weeks ago. This is NOT a solution, just another delay tactic! They've opened 2 tickets, Case ID: 221210-000681 and Case ID: 221202-000341 and can't find either one?! I've messaged with Scarlett Davis, Aaron Frank, Peter Hawk, Simon Peterson, Alexander Brown, Ace H. and others. If you really want to help me, 1+, stop asking me to repeat myself and ask one of them.

Useless, conniving customer support. This company will lure you back in with trade-in deals (which NO other company will accept) and then reject your phone.On top of everything, the phones barely work with constant bugs. Worth half the price, at most

Worst service by OnePlus service team I have been purchased tv before 2 years but now in the display there is a green line on the display I heard that for every customer getting same issue due to display reason I call to customer support they are telling that it is not a manufacturing defect if in case it is in the warranty only we replace the display for free of cost after 2 years we will not give free service you have to pay 14000 rs for the display i agree in case of damage is done by me but it is not done manually it's a internal issue which is facing every customer so my suggestion is don't purchase OnePlus tv or any other OnePlus products in mobile phones also same issue every one getting so please don't purchase this company products it's my suggestion the worst product in the market

I had a terrible time with the returns…

I had a terrible time with the returns process, with zero communication and no updates on the dashboard. I received a refund eventually but because of my experience with this Company, I will not buy from this them ever again or refer/recommend them. A truly awful customer experience.

Don’t buy OnePlus product ,worst experience I had actually i lost my OnePlus buds pro charging case and I went to OnePlus shop(T Nagar)initially they said we will order and we will give you but now they said we can’t give OnePlus it self stopped this
