I recently sent my broken OnePlus off to fixed and it was returned to me saying that the issue has not be resolved. I instantly questioned this with support staff and their advice was to send it back to them again LoL. The company is a joke and have refused to adhere to EU consumer laws regarding purchasing items, refused to replace the broken product and now have failed to repair the broken product. I see a member of staff has replied to a lot of messages on this platform but that is all for appearance and they have no intention of fixing any products. You would be better off throwing your money in a bin than buying a OnePlus phone. It will be much less hassle
In this pandemic occasions it is pitiable help they offer. Simply envision whole pune is remaining on 1 help community @ JM road , Pune. There is a 4 hours line to simply drop your mobile neglect fix. And after dropping in the center you will have to wait upto 45 to 60 days for repair. I have been dropped my mobile on 20th June till date I am waiting for mobile. When u purchase then u are helpless before this jokers who will play with your feelings and deal with you like rubbish.
Dear Team,Unfortunately but this should be properly mentioned while you're supplying you're product. This what happened with me is like a scam as you and your product clearly mentioned that 5g compatible until I bought the phone and come to know that it's not been supported. I can't accept this as a consumer as I purchased the device depending on the high reputation of your company. But now I know that specs mentioned about your product is fake .I purshase oneplus nord ce 5g from noon.com in saudi arabia in there web site they did not mebtioned that thd mibil dose not support 5 G in saudi arabia i waste about 2000SAR FOR NOTHING as normal direct i contact noon company thry advise to return back unforchanantly they refuse to return reason the box was open !!! Sure the box will be open how i knew that is not support 5g i pack every thing back and return but??? Refuse sigh out any idea about mh problem ???
Do u have negative stars because if u rate oneplus then u should have.. In this pandemic times it is pathetic service they offer. Just imagine entire mumbai is standing on 1 service center @ DN road fort , mumbai. There is a 6 hours queue to just drop your phone forget repair. More over they have stopped home pickup service. Once u buy then u are at the mercy of this jokers who will play with your emotions and treat you like trash...
Update: leaving the subject because it's still true and while being super frustrated with their ordering system, the ability to not be able to cancel the order, edit orders seconds after submission, bad advise from customer service, and having to wait almost a month for the entire process of shipping to and shipping back to the manufacture, was a clusterf***. Still suggest that OnePlus fix that situation.The only salvation was their supervisor, Olivia W. After getting BAD advise numerous times by other customer support representative, Now at wit's end, after insisting many times, and finally reaching a supervisor. Customers should never have to ask more than once to talk to his supervisor, it took many calls until reaching one, they wouldn't even transfer. Frustrating enough at that point. Fortunately, I received one of your Superior Supervisors, Olivia W. Olivia had a sympathetic ear, she was a great active listener, she followed the situation from the start to the Finish, kept Communication open - whether it was be a phone call or email, and was always on top of the situation. Unlike the terrible advise of other support, she made a difference. You need more Representatives like Olivia as she is your ambassador!
I recently bought oneplus 9 direclty from oneplus website. When I received my phone, I realised that the Stadia gift that was supposed to come with the phone is not sent. I called customer service and he gae me this lame excuse that this gift will be send after 30 days period. When I asked why this is the case and it should be mentioned clearly when ordering the phone then he apologised and said that the website will be updated to mention that the gift will be send after 30 days. He also give me this lame excuse that what if customer return phone within 30 days then what will happen with the gift, obviously in this case oneplus cannot refund the money for the phone until they receive the phone and the gift back. I will not recommend oneplus to anyone on this poor service as they cheated when fulfilling my order and didn't send the gift yet.
It's my advice to everyone,not to make OnePlus as ur choice.It's worst than anything.i ask u through this review that "refund the amount".I will buy new tv in sony . Worst service ,no updates just postponing , saying- wait 24-48hrs,like this it's almost week now.Refund the amount we paid.I don't want OnePlus anymore it's worst.Don't go with OnePlus as ur choice.
Oneplus 6T is one of the best phones on the market with respect to price and quality. Now after 4 years of custom I can say that Oneplus is the product I wanted out of the commercial rules calculated by big companies like Apple with products that do not last more than three years.
I ordered a watch, no confirmation email was sent, however, PayPal allowed me to know the transaction was successful and provided supportive information. I called, and the nice gentleman explained to me the policy for official invoice take 15 business days. ARE YOU SERIOUS. Online purchases in 2021, AMAZON, FASHION NOVA, WALMART all send confirmation emails and invoices for purchases made. This is disgraceful. Why should it depend upon where I sending my package to get an invoice? oh by the way it take nearly 2 months to get your money back.....
