Worst customer service I have received in a long time. DeJanira “assisted” me but did not help at all. 12 minutes in and she managed to confirm my info and tell me to contact the seller. What a waste of my time. I still have no idea where my package is.
Horrible. Tried to contact them to change the deliver address. They couldn't help. Tried to change deliver date. They couldn't help. Tried to change delivery time they couldn't help. Tried to ask a simple question like do you have a hub for a package hold but for pick up but they could not because their chat is automated. I tried canceling the delivery they couldn't help then blocked me from chatting stating I have an open case? The worst service i have ever received from anything. Too bad i cannot give them a negative. I just have to lose my package and the money i paid for it.
A pack of rabid monkeys with ADHD could do a better job of delivering a package. I’ve had the worst experiences with this service. Package picked up from Franklin and out for delivery to a destination 20 minutes away and they still couldn’t deliver it. Last time the morons left the package in the dirt on the road near our rural mailbox. Worst company ever.
I hate when a company ships with Ontrac. My package was supposedly out for delivery on Monday. No package. Then on Tuesday it’s out again for delivery. Again no delivery. Now it says the tracking number is invalid. They are the worst.
Worst delivery experience ever. I had written access code and delivery instructions via Walmart and they never once contacted me before about needing more information until AFTER they attempted delivery. So I left the information to the virtual assistant they so insist the customers to use and... surprise, surprise! It never worked and made a case for me. Who knew? This is by far the most useless carrier in the world. Apparently they're attempting a redelivery in 2 BUSINESS DAYS. My table is arriving just right after my family goes back home so it'll be sitting uselessly in my bedroom. Thanks for nothing!
Order was placed on a Monday with expedited next day shipping at quite a price. It is now Thursday and I still have not received the package that I needed for a business trip. The chat is nothing more than a bot. Customer Service was unable to determine where the package is or when it would be received. This company is unreliable.
I’ve never seen anything remotely similar to decent business practices from ontrac. I would not give them one star, they simply suck. Never on time, drivers that can’t read or too out of it to know where they are, lost packages (left and right per all the reports). WHY do companies use these losers?!
I would give them 0 stars if I could. This is the 2nd experience with them and both times negative. Both times my pkg was left at someone else's house. I was lucky this time, the owner took the time to locate me and give me a call. OnTrac driver left my pkg on the back porch of her VACANT rental. The owner was having work done at the house and checked to make sure the workers locked the doors. She found the pkg and was kind enough to take the time to lookup my phone number. Needless to say I am livid. And reading the negative reviews some of them are exactly like mine. Dump pkg on a porch, snap pic, send notice pkg delivered with pic. Lying SOS. Trying to contact the company is next to impossible as well. I also called the company I placed my order from and told them as long as they continue to use that company I will no longer shop with them. I'm done. At least the Walmart drivers will call me if they can't find my address and I give them directions.
