One of the worst companies ever. My package was never delivered, it constantly said it was in maspeth,ny. I don't even live near maspeth. Then they had to nerve to state it was delivered 6 days later, in maspeth!!!! My package was stolen by them and it's ridiculous.
I have a desperately needed part that was shipped to me… It came on a Saturday afternoon, and the driver went to the back of the building and gave up because all of the units on the back of the building have a unit number in addition to the street address. However, on the front of the building… There is an address without a specific unit number. The on track driver could not figure this out. It’s bizarre to me that he was behind the building to begin with. This was a commercial, not a residential delivery in. It makes you building. When I called, I showed them Why the guy was not able to find it and gave him enough information so that this would not happen again. They said that they could not call the driver. And that it would be delivered again within the next two days. Meanwhile. We have a piece of equipment that cannot move. They made no special effort whatsoever. And, couldn’t find an obvious address. I will never use them if I can help it.
Consistently unable to deliver packages. Couriers are not U.S. citizens and cannot deliver packages to military bases, resulting in failed deliveries and returned items that cannot be reordered from the original shipper. Customer service is non-existent and unresponsive.
If I could leave zero stars I would. They deliver for a supplement company that routinely ships glass bottles and liquids. EVERY SINGLE TIME the package is delivered to my door, the driver has thrown it. It's just 3 steps and I wouldn't mind if he left it on the bottom stop, but he throws it. Sometimes right from his car. Many damaged items. Last shipment was not only thrown to the door, I have doorbell video of these throws, but the supplements arrived hot. They must have been sitting on a heater. Supplements shouldn't be heated. It's just a normal private car, not a delivery vehicle. Also, the driver comes to our house at odd times like 8pm to 10pm. This is not a good delivery service and I complain to company that uses them with no results. It must be cheaper for them to replace damaged items than switch carriers, but I might not use company that uses them, but that's unfortunate.
TWICE we had deliveries from this company. And both times they tossed it 2 feet from the road instead of delivering to the door. We cannot see the area they chose to toss the package since it’s 60 feet away and blocked by shrubs. They are awful. A theft waiting to happen for their deliveries.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Their chat is ineffective, at best. It took three days to be able to get a live agent to answer any chats...and the issue was not solved before they ended it. They do not follow instructions that are left on the chat, like they ask you to do. Completely ineffective and I still do not have a resolution. I will be contacting the seller to let them know to stop doing business with them as it gives them a bad reputation.
