Review Time
I had a package marked as “delivered” by OnTrac, but it never showed up. The tracking photo they provided doesn’t even show my doorstep or my package. I contacted OnTrac customer service, and they told me there’s nothing they can do and to reach out to the seller instead.It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a delivery company that takes no responsibility when a package goes missing under their care. There’s zero accountability and no real investigation process. I now have to go through the hassle of getting a refund from the store because OnTrac refuses to assist.I’ll be asking retailers not to use OnTrac for future orders — completely unreliable and unprofessional service.
I wish I could give them a zero as I never received my package. The delivery person left the package outside of my apartment complex main entrance and I never found it. They had access to come inside the building and they did not. They left the package on street. They had my phone number and could have called me to hand me in the package, but they did not. This is horrible and unacceptable. The delivery person took 1 photo for the delivery and it did not show my apartment door or somewhere inside the building.
Ive never had a delivery from this company previously. And i am astounded by the lack of service they provided.They lost my package although the email said "delivered" so I contacted them about my package and they said they would investigate. It took them 1-2 days to tell me to contact the seller.Like that is not customer service. "Sorry we lost your package, but we were happy to do NOTHING for you!"Luckily the customer service at FABLETICS was very nice and were able to help me by sending me the things I ordered previously at NO CHARGE. ontrac needs to change their name to offtrac. At least it would be accurate.
Unbelievable. My Chewy order was left out in street by the mailbox and discovered in morning by my husband! They were too LAZY to drive up driveway , what EVERY delivery company does! The packaging was destroyed, but fortunately, the bird seed and dog bones packaging was intact and Chewy does great job in trying to protect. I have issued formal complaint. Also got phone number of OnTrac which does NOT connect.
I ordered a laptop from Walmart. I didn't know OnTrack would be delivering it, or I would have check their reviews. I'm thinking Walmart is going to use FedEx or some other know delivery carrier.Ordered on the 24th of Sept. After 4 o4 5 calls to Walmart support, I'm told it will be delivered on Aug 4th. On the 4th I get an email, package is lost.Walmart get a 1 out of 5 for still using this company with a Trustpilot score of 1. I cancelled order. Reordered from Best Buy, on the Oct. 8th, pending delivery on the 13th. So far so good.
Ordered something. Said package was put on truck at the same time they “attempted” delivery. Said they needed more info. I gave instructions to my house. They never tried. Never looked at the case ticket and just sent it back. I have no clue how this company is even still in business. They are absolutely terrible.
Thank God Amazon doesn’t use OnTrac!! But unfortunately, Levi’s, Walmart and Vans do!! Avoid this shipper like the plague!! They deliver to the wrong address, they throw your packages like footballs, they can’t read English or follow simple directions, they drive horribly run down, smelly, polluting vans, and they’re horrible drivers. STAY AWAY!!
This service was hired to deliver my package. They received it on 9/9 and never delivered it. They LIED and stated they delivered the package on 9/22. I had to consult with the entire building, concierge, security, and shipping departments had to meet, review logs, review video footage, and check on the entrances of the building to ensure nothing was dumped. This was not delivered. They wasted hours of my time, my building's time, and they "lost" my package, or stole it - I don't know. I know they refuse to own up and have "bots' to answer chat and email. Waste of time and SCAMMERS. If you lose a package, just own up to the mistake, so the vendor can ship a replacement. This lying and wasting time is disrespectful. I HATE THIS SHIPPER.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. These people outright LIE. They have attempted nothing! I live in a complex with both houses and apartments. One road enters one way and loops around to the exit. The ONLY road here. ONE WAY. I am the first house you see coming in, and the last house on the way out on the right. EVERY vehicle that enters this road has to pass me to exit. Literally NO delivery of any kind, or delivery vehicle has entered this complex today. I can see them enter and exit. I am at my wits end. If I could sue them for my time, I WOULD!
