This is by far the WORST shipping…

This is by far the WORST shipping company I have ever encountered! I truly do not understand how this shady corporation is even still in business, it’s giving the CIA is protecting them at this point. This company failed to deliver 2 packages that I was expecting from 2 different companies with absolutely no explanation as to why I never received my goods! I tried calling the customer service line and the number doesn’t even ring, it just ends your call abruptly. I’ve read a few reviews on this company from other victims that have been scammed by them and I found out that the delivery drivers are stealing packages?!! WHY IS THIS OKAY?!!!

This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam. They keep saying they attempted delivery at times that are beyond business hours. Then they claim to have attempted and said we weren't here but we were. No one to speak to on the phone. They claim product was delivered. It wasn't. Then they say, call the company you ordered from (Edikted) who you also can't call. Scammers

Incompetent & Dishonest

was expecting an order from uo but only received one item - a bracelet in a tiny bag from ontrac. the tracking info they sent covered 15 items, mostly clothes. they were supposed to come together in one 4lb box according to ontrac. meaning they had it in their possession at one point to weigh it. somehow, that turned into just a single bracelet. whats even more ridiculous is that the two other items from the same order were shipped separately through ups and arrived perfectly fine. ontrac claimed the rest could’ve been split into multiple boxes, but uo has never used the same shipping label for multiple boxes in a single shipment in my experience. they always send everything together in one package with one label and a single tracking number or multiple packages with their individual shipping labels and SEPARATE tracking numbers. now they are unable locate this “missing” box tied to the same tracking number as the bracelet. also cant open an investigation because the package is marked as “delivered.” go figure. its hard to be angry because uo replaced the items they could and gave me a refund for the items now out of stock.. but i fully paid for these things (some now sold out lol) with my own money and it disappeared before it even touched my doorstep.

This is the second time I’ve had a package delivered by OnTrac and the second time it states it was delivered and yet there is no package. This is by far, the absolute worst delivery company ever. It’s impossible to get a hold of someone and get any answers. I hope retailers receive this feedback and all the other negative reviews and look for other, more reliable delivery services

They deserve zero stars

They deserve zero stars. I 100% believe their drivers are stealing packages. I opened a case for mine and support just replied immediately with "call whoever shipped it to you". Why even have a CRM and make tickets if this is all your meat clowns are going to do? Don't have anything shipped if you're not going to get photo confirmation and/or signature required, folks.

When they delivered my package they…

When they delivered my package they left it outside of my mailbox. I have a big mailbox and a concierge service as well.They did this twice. After the first time I wrote to them and asked to please deliver at mailbox, since I had a package stolen in the past, but they did not follow the instructions.

My eBay order was shipped by eBay…

My eBay order was shipped by eBay Seller with OnTrack shipping partner. At scheduled delivery day the tracking number information said package was loaded on track. But nothing was delivered that day. Instead I started to receive strange notes from OnTrack asking me to provide additional information about my address. But there is no option to provide any additional information for them.I am residing at Avenue A (alphabetical streets borough) - instead of verification of the address in their GPS system they assumed it is incomplete address.. No delivery done by their stupid OnTrack services.

Quite unhappy

Quite unhappy. First, I specifically provided contact information for delivery and exceptions, but there was no notification. Second, I checked the delivery schedule today (this afternoon) and it said delivery would be tomorrow (10/9) rather than today. Third, delivery was not made to my home, but left at the end of a very, very long driveway (driver did not attempt to open the driveway gate and enter property). Had I not had an emergency and needed to leave my property, the package (of frozen fish) would have gone unnoticed. If you cannot deliver to my home, I do not want you leaving the package "somewhere" other than my house.

Is it possible to give zero stars

Is it possible to give zero stars? On track is the worst delivery service I’ve ever dealt with. The first time they delivered something from Zara their driver stole the package. The only reason I know that is because our security cameras caught it. Escalated and sent the footage to customer service after going back-and-forth for over three weeks and they still never resolved the issue. It’s now happened again with an anthropology order. I reached out to them, told them that it said it was delivered. No one ever arrived. There’s nothing caught on camera. all they’re willing to do is say that it was delivered and maybe it will show up.
