I would leave 0 stars if I could. These people outright LIE. They have attempted nothing! I live in a complex with both houses and apartments. One road enters one way and loops around to the exit. The ONLY road here. ONE WAY. I am the first house you see coming in, and the last house on the way out on the right. EVERY vehicle that enters this road has to pass me to exit. Literally NO delivery of any kind, or delivery vehicle has entered this complex today. I can see them enter and exit. I am at my wits end. If I could sue them for my time, I WOULD!
package was supposed to be delivered the 13th and it's the 22nd. there has been no update since the 13th and they claim it is lost. how funny that this issue is the same with every other client. and customer service was not helpful at all. they keep the packages and are too lazy to deliver. so this company is lazy and broke because why else keep packages? are their drivers that desperate? create a gofund if you need money. it is not my fauly you have no money i'll contribute, but give me my package you lazy a**es!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those few 5 star ratings are definitely fake and paid for or employees leaving them lol what a joke
They stole my package . Im sorry lost my package. It was scanned in Wednesday. Never left there warehouse. Now today it was lost in transit. My guess is someone got a sick pair of Adidas shoes for free. Why does Adidas keep working with your company your scammers and thieves BBB needs to go after these people its crazy
The critical thinking skills of many of the "Ontrac" drivers is minimal. Instead of bringing packages to the front doors of customers who live in high-rise buildings, they leave the packages in the lobby where they can be easily stolen. The package is simply scanned as delivered without a cellphone photo. No live customer service representative can be reached to resolve issues. Only voice message can be left that is never replied to or dealing with an annoying A.I. controlled chatbot. Chinese vendors like TEMU and ALIEXPRESS have ditched "Ontrac" due to the incompetence of their drivers of which many who do not speak English. I have personally stopped doing business with any company that utilizes this delivery service.
Ontrac gives you 0 tracking updates, they left my package on the outside edge of my front steps, it rained and I was not at home all the contents was ruined and the seller replaced it and of course delivered in the same location luckily it did not rain, what incompetence why can't they place it up against the house, if a seller uses ontrac I will buy elsewhere.
First, they closed the business and provided a delivery schedule. I called them, but they never answer the phone. I wrote to them and told them that it is a residential house and not a business, and I provided my address and phone number.Two days later, the tracking number showed that the package had been delivered behind the door, and the proof photo was literally in a vacant lot where there were no houses. Ontrac does not answer calls, and the complaint emails I sent never solved anything.I lost a lot of money. This company is like something out of a horror movie.
Your company is running a scam and double dipping in deliveries. You driver delivered to the wrong apartment completely. The picture showed white apartment mine is blue. Filed complaint with you company and did not hear anything for over a week. When you did reply you stated you could not find package and contact Chewy. So yall got paid for the misdelivery and got paid to deliver again. That is a scam. When delivered again in 19th there were no issues. Ontrac has delivered to me many times.
Not only did ontrac dropped the ball in 2017 when Amazon seemed to give them a trial as a shipper, they did the same with my recent target dot com order.Basically 2 days ago OnTrac dropped my relatively expensive Target.com order in the lobby of the apartment where all the mail box slots are as in any apartment building...and deemed it a "mail room" We have no mail room, this is a relatively low end apartment building, in a bad neighborhood--with a security guard. This neighborhood/apt building resembles skid row L.A. on the outside. I am temporarily living in this building now.By the time I was notified and the delivery btw was super late at 8:45 pm, the photo of my important package didn't match with reality as in some low life in my apartment building or someone who sneaked in stole it.OnTrac has no phone number. Their chat system is slow and ineffective. I emailed them. They haven't, to date, replied to me.I've been upset, to put it mildly--i have spent a lot of time, lots of Stress, energy, trying to deal with this. To add salt to my wounds-- the security guard, through no fault of my own but again because this is a low-end, ghetto, apartment building went bezerk on me when I searched the area nearby him in a non-obtrusive way.To anticipate any questions or concerns that the ontrac delivery driver may have been afraid to take the elevator. that's not true Amazon logistics, fedex, ups delivers here at all times of the day and night without issue. The OnTrac delivery driver was just too lazy to bring my item upstairs. How does a standard mail box slot area you find in any apartment building...how does that remotely look like a mail room with empty bins, and employees? It does not!If you can please also contact Target so that they stop using OnTrac. No u.s. shipping company should act like this.OnTrac if you're listening you've been reported to Target Corporate by me.
