OnTrac. Is the absolute worst delivery ever The drivers can’t read and I had one that walked up my driveway and threw my package. Today they delivered a package in front of a door with a SIGN that says please deliver to side door???? Here’s your sign!!!! How stupid can they be
OnTrac is the worst!! My first experience with them was when I lived in a building where the apartment doors were inside along a hallway. Because anyone walking down the hallway could take my package, I had all the other delivery services (FedEx, UPS, USPS) hold my packages for pickup. OnTrac didn’t have that option and would leave my packages in the hallway until I complained so much that they allowed me to pick up my packages from their facility but I had to call them each time. Now I live in a townhome and despite numerous requests for them to leave my packages at my back door, they keep leaving them EVERYWHERE else! I live on the corner of a busy road with a four way stop. Ontrac left my package in the middle of my front porch while I was home one time and I got a notification but before I could go get it, someone stole it. I’ve complained and asked them to leave my packages on my back porch which is not visible from the street, many times and they started leaving my packages in front of my garage door, which is in the back. They he garage door is better than the front, but it’s still NOT the back DOOR where I keep asking them to deliver it. My garage is on the corner of the building. All they have to do is follow the sidewalk around the garage and my DOOR right there! FedEx, UPS, Amazon, and USPS ALL deliver to my back door but for some reason, OnTrac can’t do it. I absolutely HATE when I find out a package has been sent through them. Their drivers are either seriously stupid or they just don’t care. Either way, I do t want my packages being delivered by them!
Ontrac is a crappy company so I got a packet delivered the other day and they left or they took a picture this time there’s no picture and no package such BS and the bad thing is the item was the last one so now I won’t be able to get a replacement bullshit
This company should be a bad memory. I have no idea why businesses are using this thug carrier. My orders are never delivered, damaged or the couple of orders that make it to me always have things missing. Please hold OnTrac accountable!!! Please stop using them and let them go out of business so we don’t have to deal with their dishonest, thieving practices. My last order from BoxLunch, I can see where they cut my package open and helped themselves to my items and taped it back with scotch tape. Then when I report to the seller that some of my items are missing, they don’t care because as far as they are concerned, they shipped my items to me. So now I am out of the money I paid for my things and no means of redress. Editing to share my area; Kissimmee, Florida.
Had a delivery stolen off of my doorstep because the package was left directly in front of a sign saying to not leave packages there & a secure location to leave them that is 20ft directly behind them. Informed seller who graciously reshipped the item and the driver for the new shipment again left the package directly in front of the 'DO NOT leave deliveries here' sign - thankfully I was home & also asked the driver why and he told me that he couldn't read!?!? The delivery was also from an unmarked white van & the driver had no uniform nor identification.
This is the worst delivery company ever. I rather use the Pony Express than rely on Ontrac. They should rebrand to Offtrac. Waited a week for the package that never arrived. Chatbot, customer service dept are useless. From now on I will ask a retailer if they use Offtrac. If they do, I'm running in the other direction.
